    摘要: A rotational safety syringe includes front and rear barrels rotatable with respect to each other for moving a needle holder towards the rear barrel and compressing a spring to separate a protective cover. The needle holder is fixed by an elastic press button on the needle holder and a press opening on the rear barrel. After a through hole of the front barrel is aligned with a using position, the elastic press button can be pressed to release the needle holder, and the spring can eject the needle holder towards the through hole of the front barrel to extend the needle out from the through hole of the front barrel and pierce the needle into the using position. When the spring is released, the needle holder and needle are pulled back to hide the needle into the front and rear barrels to prevent the used needle from being touched.

    摘要: The medical puncturing device includes an actuator, a shield, and a skin puncturing assembly. The actuator and shield are movable relative to one another. The skin puncturing assembly includes a carrier and a skin puncturing element. A distal end of the skin puncturing element is adapted for puncturing the skin of a patient. The carrier is movable from a retracted position wherein the distal end of the skin puncturing element is disposed within the shield to a puncturing position wherein the distal end of the skin puncturing element is exposed to puncture the skin of a patient. The carrier is maintained in the retracted position by interference engagement between the carrier and shield. A drive spring is provided to move the carrier from the retracted to puncturing positions. A retraction spring is provided to return the carrier to a position wherein the shield encompasses the skin puncturing element.

    摘要: A one time use disposable blood sampling device comprises a case defining a shoot chamber with a lancet-exiting hole, and a lancet disposed slidably in the shoot chamber with a puncturing tip pointed to the lancet-exiting hole. The sampling device further comprises a locking and shooting structure formed of an elastic arm button and an elastic arm. The button engaging end of the elastic arm button faces a locking hole on a side wall of the case. A free end of the elastic arm engages with the locking hole in a locking state. Upon pressing of the elastic arm button, the elastic arm disengages from the locking hole, and the lancet moves under spring action inside the shoot chamber causing the elastic arm to contact a bevel. A root portion of the elastic arm is notched or has a shrink neck which causes the elastic arm to automatically self-break upon contact with the bevel.

The assembly includes a hub disposed at least partially within the hollow bore and at least partially supporting a cannula therewith. The hub is adapted to automatically transition from an initial position in which at least a portion of the cannula is disposed external to the housing, to a retracted position in which the cannula is fully shielded by the housing, upon transition of the elongate plunger from the initial position to the retracted position.

    摘要: A return spring arrangement for a lancet (6) is provided by a pair of undulating plastic webs (14) formed integrally with the lancet. The undulations of the two webs (14) are shown out of phase with one another. These webs (14) are flexible and thus are caused to concertina when the tips (15) of the webs hit the interior of a lancet holder on release of a drive spring. The energy stored within the collapsed webs (14) is then released to drive the lancet back within the lancet holder. This positive return of the lancet ensures that a needle (5) will retract safely into the lancet holder, after operation, and does not rely on the spring being locked into the lancet holder and onto the lancet.

    摘要: Provided is a safety lancet including a reload double prevention structure for preventing a sliding block having a lancet needle from being reloaded to obtain blood, thereby fundamentally preventing reuse of the safety lancet. In addition, the safety lancet guides the sliding block to be straightly discharged without shaking, thereby minimizing pain when the lancet needle is inserted into a skin. The safety lancet includes an outer case forming a space part therein, an inner case sliding along the space part of the outer case, and having a through hole in a front end thereof, and a sliding block coupled to the inner case to straightly move along an inner portion of the inner case, and elastically supported within the outer case by a coil spring, wherein the sliding block comprises a lancet needle having an end protruding from a front end thereof, and a pair of loading hooks on both sides of a rear end thereof to engage with engagement protrusions of the inner case. As the inner case is moved rearward, when the sliding block is disengaged from a portion of the inner case, the sliding block is moved forward by elastic force of the coil spring to temporarily expose the lancet needle out of the inner case, and is then moved rearward to the inner case.
