    摘要: A one time use disposable blood sampling device comprises a case defining a shoot chamber with a lancet-exiting hole, and a lancet disposed slidably in the shoot chamber with a puncturing tip pointed to the lancet-exiting hole. The sampling device further comprises a locking and shooting structure formed of an elastic arm button and an elastic arm. The button engaging end of the elastic arm button faces a locking hole on a side wall of the case. A free end of the elastic arm engages with the locking hole in a locking state. Upon pressing of the elastic arm button, the elastic arm disengages from the locking hole, and the lancet moves under spring action inside the shoot chamber causing the elastic arm to contact a bevel. A root portion of the elastic arm is notched or has a shrink neck which causes the elastic arm to automatically self-break upon contact with the bevel.

In order to shorten the exposed needle length of a needle body on the needle core (2), in the automatic lancet, the distance between the second pressing leg (19) and the needle tip (7) is designed to be less than the distance between the first pressing leg (11) and the needle tip (7). Since the exposed needle length depends on the position of the safety sleeve (20), the exposed needle length is shortened, therefore the puncture performance increases, which enables the design of the lancet to be more reasonable and practical.

Therefore, the mechanism possesses higher accuracy and controllability compared with the prior art, resolving the existing technical problems on this aspect.

An incision of different blood-taking depth and blood-taking width can be designed by means of changing the difference of change of the radius of curvature of the flange of cam (3) as well as changing the swing radius of the main swing arm (4) and the secondary swing arm (5), which is especially suitable for taking blood from infants' heel.

The blast-off structure comprises a sleeve, an end cap, a needle core with a needle pin, a spring and a push element. Two elastic clips extend from the end cap. The needle core and the elastic clips form a lock structure and a structure blocking the needle core to return to an initial position. An inside face has a revolving inclined plane or a revolving ladder plane. When changing the revolving angle of the adjusting head, the revolving inclined plane or the revolving ladder plane bumps into an impact face of the needle core at different depth of the needle hole.

Since a notch or a shrink neck is provided at the root portion of the elastic arm, the elastic arm disengages from the locking hole after the elastic arm button is pressed, at the same time, the elastic arm is broken to be self-destructed due to the stress concentration on the notch, therefore, the present invention is beyond retrieval after one-off shooting.
