A one time use disposable blood sampling device comprises a case defining a shoot chamber with a lancet-exiting hole, and a lancet disposed slidably in the shoot chamber with a puncturing tip pointed to the lancet-exiting hole. The sampling device further comprises a locking and shooting structure formed of an elastic arm button and an elastic arm. The button engaging end of the elastic arm button faces a locking hole on a side wall of the case. A free end of the elastic arm engages with the locking hole in a locking state. Upon pressing of the elastic arm button, the elastic arm disengages from the locking hole, and the lancet moves under spring action inside the shoot chamber causing the elastic arm to contact a bevel. A root portion of the elastic arm is notched or has a shrink neck which causes the elastic arm to automatically self-break upon contact with the bevel.

In the incision blood-taking mechanism of the present invention, the cam, being driven to rotate under elastic force of the spring, pushes via the curved surface against the swing arm, which thus swings with the third radius R3 as the radius. The point of the blade 1 is swingingly stretched out of the casing 2 from the blood-taking opening 5 along the arc-shaped path A, thus producing the incising action. The present invention is novel in structure, clever in concept, and reliable in working. Since the movement of the incision blood-taking mechanism is controlled by the spring, the action strength can be controlled through the design of elastic force of the spring. Therefore, the mechanism possesses higher accuracy and controllability compared with the prior art, resolving the existing technical problems on this aspect.

The present invention combines the two arc-shaped tracks obtained from the two swing mechanisms, the main swing arm and the secondary swing arm, via the cam and a toggle pin provided on the cam effectively and interlockingly, thus making the point of the blade incise along a V-formed path composed of two arcs of different shape connected with each other. Compared with the prior art single-swing-arm structure of the incision blood-taking mechanism, such a double-swing-arm structure can move with higher accuracy and controllability. An incision of different blood-taking depth and blood-taking width can be designed by means of changing the difference of change of the radius of curvature of the flange of cam (3) as well as changing the swing radius of the main swing arm (4) and the secondary swing arm (5), which is especially suitable for taking blood from infants' heel.
