The frame body includes a plate-like portion and locking shafts extending upright from the first plate-like portion. The presser plate is formed with a hole into which the locking shafts are inserted for attaching the presser plate to the frame body. The locking shafts include horizontally protruding locking portions. The presser plate includes locked portions adjacent to the hole and configured to engage with the locking portions of the locking shafts The locking shafts are elastically deformable so as to approach each other when being inserted into the hole of the presser plate.

摘要： There is provided a cap, which is one part of a button fastener. The cap comprises a bottom and a circumferential side rising from an edge of the bottom. The cap is composed of an inner layer made of aluminum or aluminum alloy as a first material and an outer layer made of copper or copper alloy as a second material. The first and second layer are laminated on each other continuously across the bottom and the circumferential side. A Vickers hardness of the second material may be harder than a Vickers hardness of the first material. A tensile strength of the first material may be less than 260 N/mm2, and a tensile strength of the second material may be equal to or higher than 260 N/mm2.

A coil spring 52 pressingly urges the movable operating body 35 in a pin clamping direction. A plurality of small balls 46 disposed in the movable operating body clamp an inserted pin (P).

摘要： The present invention provides a button including a button body 10 and a fixture 40 for fixing the button body to fabric. The button body 10 includes a shell member 11 constituting a button outer shell and an accommodation member 31. The shell member 11 includes a button cover 22 and a neck 14 formed cylindrically on the back side of the button cover 22 and having an opening 17 at an outer edge thereof. The accommodation member 31 has a shaft 33 accommodated in the neck with a portion thereof protruding from the opening, and an insert hole 34 formed on the protruding end face of the shaft for the fixture to be inserted therein. Crimping parts 18 are formed on one of the inner periphery of the opening or on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft at specified positions with a prespecified space therebetween along the circumferential direction so as to crimp into the other.

The nail post penetrates through the fabric article and inserting into the shaft hole of the female buckle body so as to latch the male and female buckle bodies on the fabric article. A stem of the nail post is formed with at least one rib. The rib and the longitudinal axis of the stem contain an angle other than 90 degrees. The rib defines a maximum outer circumference of the stem, whereby the rib meshes with the peripheral wall of the shaft hole to prevent the male and female buckle bodies from rotating relative to each other.

摘要： A plastics button assembly comprises an outer body component, an inner body component trapped substantially non-retrievably within a recess in the rear of the outer body component, and a cloth cover substantially covering the front of said outer body component, the edges of which are trapped securely between the engaging surfaces of said outer and inner body components. A shank extends from within the recess of the outer component and the inner component is engaged about and supported by the shank. The inner component is a specially shaped annular plastic washer having a flat inner face and a contoured outer face. An annulus of reduced thickness extends about a central aperture, and this annulus is surrounded by an annulus of maximum thickness which tapers towards the periphery of the washer. This allows the plastics button to be assembled in a conventional two piece die set as used for metal shell buttons.
