    Abstract: A wireless device may output a first message or a compression context message. The first message may include (a) a first payload associated with a first RTP-SN, (b) the first RTP SN, and (c) a first PDCP SN that is incrementally synchronized with the first RTP SN. The compression context message may include an indicator of compression context between the first RTP SN and the first PDCP SN. The wireless device may obtain a confirmation that a compression context between the first RTP SN and the first PDCP SN is established at a receiver. In response, the wireless device may output a second message. The second message may have a second payload associated with a second RTP SN and a second PDCP SN that is incrementally synchronized with the second RTP SN. The second message does not comprise a ROHC header having an RTP SN field.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a traffic stream, from among a plurality of traffic streams, for a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) flow of a plurality of SPS flows based at least in part on one or more parameters associated with the traffic stream, wherein the one or more parameters include one or more of a periodicity associated with the traffic stream, a number of frequency resources associated with the traffic stream, or a proximity service per packet priority (PPPP) value associated with the traffic stream, and wherein a number of the plurality of traffic streams is greater than a number of the plurality of SPS flows. The UE may transmit traffic of the traffic stream in accordance with the SPS flow. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for enabling multi-TRP transmission in non terrestrial networks. In one aspect, a user equipment receives a first reference signal from a first satellite transmission reception point (TRP) at a first timing and receives a second reference signal from a second satellite TRP at a second timing. The first timing is synchronized with the second timing at a first geographic location. The user equipment receives a third reference signal from the first satellite TRP at a third timing and receives a fourth reference signal from the second satellite TRP at a fourth timing. The third timing and the fourth timing are synchronized at the user equipment. The user equipment receives an indication of a timing offset of the fourth reference signal with respect to the second reference signal and uses the third and fourth reference signals as a quasi colocation (QCL) source.
