Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, configuration information including multiple transmission configuration indication (TCI) states associated with a control resource set (CORESET). The UE may receive, from the base station, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a region associated with the CORESET, wherein the PDCCH includes at least one control channel element (CCE). The UE may perform blind decoding for multiple configured PDCCH candidates based at least in part on a resource element group (REG) bundle included in the at least one CCE, wherein the multiple configured PDCCH candidates are associated with one or more of the multiple TC states associated with the CORESET. Accordingly, the UE may identify the PDCCH transmitted by the base station based at least in part on the blind decoding.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform a first interference measurement on a first subband of a plurality of subbands configured for the UE and a second interference measurement on a second subband of the plurality of subbands. The UE may identify a first interference level based at least in part on the first interference measurement and a second interference level based at least in part on the second interference measurement. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a first sounding reference signal (SRS) on the first subband and a second SRS on the second subband, wherein an SRS sequence of the first SRS indicates the first interference level, and wherein an SRS sequence of the second SRS indicates the second interference level. The method further includes generating a model of an interference pattern for the channel, and predicting one or more candidate interference levels for one or more upcoming slots using the model. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for selecting a beam to be allocated for transmitting downlink (DL) data to user equipment (UE). In some implementations, a UE receives a reference signal on each of a number of beams associated with a base station, and determines a delay spread value for each beam. The UE identifies each beam for which the determined channel delay spread value is less than a threshold value, and determines a reference signal received power (RSRP) level for each identified beam. The UE transmits an indication of the determined RSRP levels of the identified beams to the base station, and receives, in response to the transmitted indication, a selection of the beam to be allocated for DL transmissions to the UE.

Abstract: Aspects directed towards a frame-based equipment (FBE) design for a multi-operator New Radio shared spectrum (NR-SS) are disclosed. In one example, at least one contention slot is monitored within a fixed frame period of an unlicensed spectrum, and a determination is performed of whether a channel reservation signal associated with a higher priority node has been detected within the at least one contention slot. For this example, the at least one contention slot is associated with a resource of a subsequent fixed frame period of the unlicensed spectrum. A determination is then made of whether to transmit communication via the resource. Here, the communication is transmitted via the resource, if the channel reservation signal is not detected, and the communication is not transmitted via the resource, if the channel reservation signal is detected.
