The solar cell includes a substrate of a first conductive type; an emitter layer of a second conductive type opposite the first conductive type on the substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter layer; a passivation layer on the substrate; a second electrode conductive layer on the passivation layer, the second electrode conductive layer including at least one second electrode electrically connected to the substrate through the passivation layer; and a second electrode current collector electrically connected to the second electrode conductive layer.

摘要: The present invention includes a user input unit, a controller, a holography storing medium configured to record an interference pattern generated by interference of light, a holography output module configured to output a 1st holography image attributed to diffraction between the light applied to the holography storing medium and the interference pattern under the control of the controller, and a sensing unit configured to detect a plurality of recognition based events, wherein if at least one holography function corresponding to each of a plurality of the recognition based events is previously designated via the user input unit and a 1st event among a plurality of the recognition based events is detected via the sensing unit, the controller controls the 1st holography image to be outputted in accordance with a 1st holography function corresponding to the 1st event.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal and a 3D object control method thereof for controlling the depth or rotation of a 3D object using a 3D manipulation portion displayed around the 3D object. According to the present invention, a circular- or ring-shaped 3D manipulation portion may be touched to intuitively control the rotation and enlargement/reduction of the 3D object, thereby providing usefulness and convenience for the user, capable of editing the 3D object while directly viewing the transformed form and depth of the 3D object.

摘要: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which a content sharing between a mobile terminal and a call counterpart is facilitated in the course of making a phone call in-between. The present invention includes a wireless communication unit configured to perform a communication with an external terminal device while the external terminal is currently in a phone call with a call counterpart, a touchscreen configured to display a content list of contents to share with the call counterpart, and a controller to control the touchscreen, wherein in response to receiving a user input to request a sharing of at least one content in the content list, the controller to control a request, to the external terminal device, to share the sharing requested content with the call counterpart.
