Abstract: Embodiments disclose a network accessing method for a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. In some implementation manners of the present invention, a mobile terminal reads a help request used for accessing a network by another mobile terminal; sends a beacon channel on a beacon channel resource allocated by a base station of the network, and sends a broadcast signal on a broadcast channel resource corresponding to the beacon channel resource, where the broadcast signal includes an access resource; and receives an access request of the another mobile terminal on the access resource, and assists the another mobile terminal in accessing the network.

Abstract: A random access method and a related apparatus are disclosed. A user equipment receives first signaling from a base station through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and receives second signaling from the base station through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), where the first signaling includes a first time division duplexing TDD uplink-downlink configuration, and the second signaling includes a second TDD uplink-downlink configuration; the user equipment determines, according to the first TDD uplink-downlink configuration, an uplink subframe for sending a random access message; and the user equipment sends the random access message to the base station in the determined uplink subframe.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide random access user equipment, including: a receiving module, configured to receive a notification message sent by a base station, where the notification message is used to instruct the user equipment UE to execute a random access procedure; a processing module, configured to determine, according to a configuration parameter in the notification message received by the receiving module, a PRACH resource used to execute the random access procedure; and a sending module, configured to send a random access code to the base station on the PRACH resource determined by the processing module; where the receiving module is configured to receive a random access response message sent by the base station. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a random access method. The present invention has an advantage that executing the random access procedure on an unlicensed spectrum can be implemented.

Abstract: A user equipment obtains configuration information used to detect a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value of a signal on an unlicensed frequency, samples the signal on the unlicensed frequency at a sampling interval included in the configuration information to obtain RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency sampled at sampling moments. The user equipment determines statistics on the RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency within a statistical window, obtains an RSSI value statistical result of the signal on the unlicensed frequency based on the statistics, and reports the RSSI value statistical result to a base station.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a paging method and apparatus. Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for collecting information about a WLAN AP are described. The method includes: a user equipment receives WLAN AP request information from a base station in a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) measurement configuration process, collects WLAN AP information according to the WLAN AP request information, and sends the WLAN AP information to the base station, wherein the WLAN AP request information is used to request the UE to report WLAN AP information. In the technical solutions provided in the embodiments, by using an MDT measurement configuration process, a UE may collect and report WLAN AP information based on architecture of a mobile communications network. In this way, WLAN AP information can be conveniently collected.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a random access method and an apparatus. PRACH configuration information of a base station is acquired, and a preamble is sent from a corresponding start PRACH resource, so that access of another terminal device is not affected when the base station identifies an access request of a terminal device that requires coverage enhancement. The solution includes: acquiring at least one group of physical random access channel PRACH configuration information that has been stored, where the at least one group of PRACH configuration information is carried in system information sent by the base station; parsing the at least one group of PRACH configuration information to obtain a corresponding start PRACH resource; and sending a preamble to the base station starting from the start PRACH resource, so that the base station establishes a connection to the terminal device according to the preamble.
