    Abstract: This application discloses a communication method, a communications apparatus, a network device, and a terminal. Quasi co-location QCL beam information is determined. The QCL beam information includes beam information that has a QCL relationship with a reference signal antenna port. The QCL beam information is sent. A terminal receives the QCL beam information. The QCL beam information includes the beam information that has the QCL relationship with the reference signal antenna port. The terminal determines, based on the beam information that is included in the QCL beam information and that has the QCL relationship with the reference signal antenna port, a beam that has the QCL relationship with the reference signal antenna port.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides an information transmission method and a communications device. The method includes: when determining that higher layer signaling is not configured with a scrambling identifier, scrambling or descrambling, by a communications device, data by using a second initial scrambling value, where the scrambling identifier is used by the communications device to determine a first initial scrambling value used for data scrambling or descrambling, and the second initial scrambling value is related to at least one or two of a cell identifier, a radio network temporary identifier, and a reserved bit. Therefore, in the embodiments of this disclosure, when determining that the higher layer is not configured with the scrambling identifier, the communications device scrambles or descrambles the data by using the second initial scrambling value. This resolves a problem in the prior art that a terminal device cannot determine an initial scrambling value used for data scrambling.

Receiving performance of the reception point can be improved. On the premise that a resource conflict does not occur, two base stations communicate with a terminal device by using a time-frequency resource allocated by a second base station.

    Abstract: Example channel transmission methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes determining search spaces of at least two downlink control channels by a first network device. The first network device separately determines in the search spaces resources occupied by the at least two downlink control channels. Resource scheduled by the at least two downlink control channels belong to one carrier. The first network device obtains the at least two downlink control channels by using the resources.     Abstract: This application provides a power control method, a terminal, and a network device. The power control method includes: receiving, by a terminal, at least one piece of downlink control information (DCI) sent by at least one network device, where the at least one piece of DCI includes at least two transmit power control commands; and determining, by the terminal, a transmit power on an uplink channel in a same carrier based on the at least two transmit power control commands. According to the power control method in the embodiments of this application, the terminal can determine the transmit power on the uplink channel based on a plurality of transmit power control commands, thereby ensuring efficient and proper power allocation and improving overall system performance.

    Abstract: This application is related to a CSI measurement method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining, by a first network device, CSI configuration information that includes first frequency-domain indication information and that is sent by a second network device, where the CSI configuration information is used to instruct the first network device to perform CSI measurement, and the first frequency-domain indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location in which the first network device performs CSI measurement; and measuring, by the first network device based on the CSI configuration information, a reference signal in the frequency-domain location indicated by the first frequency-domain indication information, to obtain CSI. The first network device sends the CSI to the second network device, so that a reference signal in a specific frequency-domain location in channel bandwidth can be measured.
