Abstract:
A method for controlling an uplink transmit power in an inter-bas station carrier aggregation, a base station and a device are disclosed. In an embodiment the method includes providing for a first base station, by a second base station, a status of an uplink resource that is scheduled by the second base station for a user equipment (UE), wherein a maximum uplink transmit power that is allocated by the UE to the first base station is based on the status of the uplink resource and scheduling for the UE, by the second base station, the uplink resource according to the status of the uplink resource.
Abstract:
A method, a device and a system for transmitting an multicast control channel change notification relate to the communication technology field, and solve the problem in the prior art that the MBMS service cannot be performed through a deactivated cell. A method for sending a multicast control channel change notification includes: acquiring relative identification information of the multicast control channel change notification when a non-effective cell of a terminal needs to send the MCCH change notification; and sending the MCCH change notification corresponding to the non-effective cell to the terminal in an effective cell; wherein, the effective cell is a cell that is assigned to the terminal and in an activation status, and the non-effective cell is a cell other than the effective cell.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a device for processing message overload. The method comprises: a base station receiving a downlink NAS transmission message sent by a network device, the downlink NAS transmission message comprising indication information indicating whether to transmit an SMS; when being congested, the base station determining, according to the indication information, that the received downlink NAS transmission message is used to transmit an SMS; and processing the downlink NAS transmission message used for transmitting an SMS.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a communication method, user equipment, an access network device, and an application server. The method is: allocating, by the access network device, an IP address to the UE; and after the UE notifies the IP address to the application server, performing, by the application server, a data transmission service for the UE by using the IP address. By using the technical solutions of the present invention, a PDN-GW, an SGW, a PCRF entity, an MME, and an HSS in an existing wireless communications network are deleted, and functions of the foregoing network side devices are implemented by using the access network device and the application server. Therefore, it is avoided that an SGW-to-PDN-GW link becomes a bottleneck of a processing capability of the wireless communications network, network layers are greatly reduced, a data transmission delay is effectively reduced, and a network paralysis risk is reduced.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for determining a measurement gap length and a network device. The method includes the following steps: determining, by a first network device, whether a master eNodeB is synchronous with a secondary eNodeB; and when the master eNodeB is synchronous with the secondary eNodeB, determining, by the first network device, that the measurement gap length is a first length; or when the master eNodeB is not synchronous with the secondary eNodeB, determining, by the first network device, that the measurement gap length is a second length; where the first length is less than the second length.
Abstract:
By using a method for coordination between base stations, one base station allocates a resource to user equipment in a better manner with reference to resource configuration information saved in the base station and resource configuration information of another base station. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring, by a first base station, resource configuration information of a first cell, where the first cell is a cell served by the first base station; receiving resource configuration information of a second cell sent by a second base station, where the second cell is a cell served by the second base station; and allocating a resource to user equipment according to the resource configuration information of the first cell and the resource configuration information of the second cell, so that the user equipment communicates with the first cell and the second cell.
Abstract:
A method for ensuring parallel data random access and a user equipment are provided, which relate to the field of communications technologies. An embodiment of the present invention includes controlling a random access sequence transmitted by a user equipment through a physical random access channel PRACH not to be sent with other uplink transmission in the same subframe, or, when a random access sequence transmitted by a user equipment through a PRACH is sent with other uplink transmission in the same subframe, controlling a priority of power transmission of the PRACH and a priority of power transmission of an uplink channel over which the other uplink transmission is performed, when power is limited.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a migration method and an apparatus, which relate to the field of communications technologies and are invented for implementation of proper configuration of different network resources. The method includes: sending, by a base station of a first network, information to a user equipment, where the information is used for: migrating, by the user equipment, from a second network to the first network, where the user equipment is in an idle state relative to the first network; or determining, by the user equipment, whether to migrate from the first network to the second network, where the first network is a 3GPP network, and the second network is a non-3GPP network. The present invention is mainly applied to a process of network migration of the user equipment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a data retransmission method and apparatus, which can improve efficiency of data retransmission and reduce a retransmission delay. The method includes: sending, by a splitting end apparatus, data to a convergence end apparatus by using a first link; and when it is determined that a data unit that is not received by the convergence end apparatus exists in the data, instructing, by the splitting end apparatus, the first link to stop transmitting, to the convergence end apparatus, the data unit that is not received by the convergence end apparatus, and retransmitting the data unit to the convergence end apparatus by using a second link. The embodiments of the present invention are used for data retransmission.
