Abstract: A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided. The pixel circuit includes a driving sub-circuit, a data writing sub-circuit, a first light-emitting control sub-circuit, a second light-emitting control sub-circuit, a compensation sub-circuit, and a first reset sub-circuit, and is configured to generate a driving current to control a light-emitting element to emit light, the first reset sub-circuit comprises a first transistor, the compensation sub-circuit comprises a second transistor, the first transistor and the second transistor are both polysilicon oxide thin film transistors, and an active layer type of the first transistor and an active layer type of the second transistor are different from an active layer type of a transistor comprised in at least one selected from a group consisting of the driving sub-circuit, the data writing sub-circuit, the first light-emitting control sub-circuit, and the second light-emitting control sub-circuit.

Abstract: A pixel arrangement structure, an organic light emitting diode display panel, a display device, and a mask plate assembly are disclosed. The pixel arrangement structure includes a plurality of first sub-pixels, a plurality of second sub-pixels, a plurality of third sub-pixels. The positions of the sub-pixels do not overlap each other. One of the first sub-pixels is located at the center position of a first virtual rectangle. Four of the first sub-pixels are located at four vertex angle positions of the first virtual rectangle, respectively. Four of the second sub-pixels are located at the center positions of four sides of the first virtual rectangle, respectively. The first virtual rectangle is divided into four second virtual rectangles. The inside of each of the four second virtual rectangles comprises one third sub-pixel of the third sub-pixels.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a fingerprint recognition display device, the fingerprint recognition display device includes: a display panel, a fingerprint recognition sensor arranged on another side of the display panel than a light-emitting side thereof, and a lens assembly and a collimator arranged between the fingerprint recognition sensor and the display panel; wherein the collimator is arranged on a surface of the display panel facing away from the light-emitting side, and the lens assembly is arranged on a surface of the collimator on a side thereof facing away from the display panel, wherein a size of the fingerprint recognition sensor is smaller than a size of the display panel; the collimator is configured to receive light rays reflected by a finger, and to convert the light rays into collimated light incident on the lens assembly; and the lens assembly is configured to converge the collimated light onto the fingerprint recognition sensor.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing the display panel, where a chip on film is adhered on a frame edge of a side of a display substrate away from a display face of the display substrate through an insulation adhesive, and then signal lines on a frame edge of the display face of the display substrate are connected with connection terminals arranged on a side of the chip on film away from the display substrate through an electrically conductive material in a plurality of connection holes running through the display substrate, the insulation adhesive and the chip on film, so a pad bending process can be dispensed with, and there will be no pad bending area on the frame edge of the display panel, thus further narrowing a bezel of the display panel.
