    摘要: A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal and a busbar are insert-molded in the plate body. The terminal is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut. Otherwise, the plate body is provided with a pin portion and projections arranged on both sides of the pin portion, and the terminal is provided with a through hole for the pin portion. The projection are positioned adjacently to both sides of the terminal, and the terminal is secured to the plate body by melting the pin portion and the projections and by transforming them. The terminal body is formed integrally with the busbar with use of a metal sheet, and the busbar is formed by double-folding back the metal sheet, wherein the terminal body is connected to the busbar through a narrow portion. The plate body is provided with a pair of guide walls having respective slit-like insertion-fixing portions to receive the electric wire connected to the terminal, and a groove portion for arranging the electric wires is formed between the guide walls.

In the voltage-detection terminal unit, a device mounting portion onto which a circuit protecting device is to be mounted is integrally formed between an overlap contact portion opposed to the bus bar, and an electric wire connecting portion. Resin leakage preventing pieces for the bus bars are formed at side edges of the overlap contact portion. A device mounting portion is exposed to an outside through a device mounting window which is opened in the molded resin board, and a circuit protecting device is housed in the device mounting window.

    摘要: To provide a connection terminal which can be mounted with an improved operation efficiency, and has sufficient retaining force and strength, a front end portion of a connection terminal is constituted by side plate portions formed by substantially perpendicularly bending opposite side portions of a developed material along a longitudinal direction which developed material is stamped by a die from an electrically-conductive metal plate having spring properties, and resilient contact piece portions formed respectively by inwardly bending front end portions of these side plate portions. A retaining hole for receiving an elastic lance provided in a terminal receiving chamber of a connector is formed through a base plate portion disposed between the opposite side plate portions. A conductor clamping portion and a wire sheath clamping portion, which serve to compressively clamp a connection wire W, are formed at a rear end portion of the connection terminal, the clamping portion as well as the clamping portion being formed by bending extension pieces, extending respectively from the opposite sides of the base plate portion, into a semi-cylindrical shape. Upper end portions of the side plate portions prevent the connection terminal from being erroneously inserted upside down into the terminal receiving chamber of the connector.

    摘要: The connector of this invention has a connector housing with a terminal accommodating chamber formed therein, into which a female terminal is to be assembled. A release bar is formed separately from the connector housing. With the release bar mounted on the connector housing, the female terminal is inserted into the connector. As the female terminal advances in the terminal accommodating chamber, its front end abuts against and then slides along the tapered surface of the front portion of the release bar, forcing it up. At the same time the female terminal slides over a lance formed in the connector housing. As it further advances, the front end of the lance engages with a hole in the underside of the female terminal and the front portion of the release bar snaps into an opening formed in the upper side of the female terminal. The female terminal in this way is doubly locked by the lance and by the front end of the release bar. If the lance fails to fit into the hole of the female terminal, the front portion of the release bar rests on the female terminal, projecting markedly from the houisng, which is easily recognizable from outside. This in turn alerts the assembly worker to the incorrect mounting.

    摘要: A busbar for battery electrode post connection with a terminal for voltage detection is provided. Both ends of a length direction of a rectangular thin plate of a conductive metal are left and an elongated opening is formed in a center. Two holes through which an electrode post of one battery and an electrode post of an adjacent battery are inserted are respectively formed in the rectangular thin plates of both sides around the elongated opening of the center. A terminal for voltage detection is extended integrally to the rectangular thin plate from an edge of the rectangular thin plate. The two holes overlap in a state of where the rectangular thin plate is folded in two with respect to the elongated opening. The terminal for voltage detection can be erected from the rectangular thin plate by folding the terminal for voltage detection in a vertical direction.
