Abstract: The present technology discloses a three-phase and single-phase two-way charger. According to a specific example of the present invention, a battery charger having a single-stage structure for a combined use of single-phase and three-phase is implemented without an electrolytic capacitor which lowers the reliability and charging efficiency, to enable a compatible use of single-phase and three-phase external power sources, and to improve charging efficiency and the performance in a wide input/output voltage range by a reduced number of switching elements and a soft switching operation of the switching elements and thus improve the reliability and lifetime. A lightweight charger can be realized by integrating, into a core, at least two of an inductor for removing ripples of the battery charger, a primary side and a secondary side of a transformer, and an inductor for removing noise.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a semi-automatic scanner for ultrasonic inspection of a branch pipe weld that has a small size and is able to perform an inspection while moving in a state of being attached to a test object by a magnetic force, thereby being applied to fittings having various shapes, such as a branch pipe and an elbow. The semi-automatic scanner for ultrasonic inspection according to the present invention includes a probe configured to inspect a weld by irradiating ultrasonic waves onto a surface of a test object, a probe holder configured to couple the probe by applying an elastic force so as to be pressed against the surface of the test object, an installation bracket having a rod shape, to which the probe holder is coupled so as to be laterally movable, four wheel units installed on both front and rear side surfaces of the installation bracket so as to be vertically slidable, and four magnet parts, each of which is installed on one of the four wheel units and presses the one of the wheel units against the test object with a magnetic force.

Abstract: Provided is a method for creating a virtual reality content, storing the virtual reality content in a transmission buffer, and after that, managing the transmission buffer. A server creates the virtual reality content based on user's motion information, stores the virtual reality content in the transmission buffer and is allowed to modify the virtual reality content stored in the transmission buffer based on subsequently received user's motion information, so that the most recent user's motion information can be appropriately reflected in the virtual reality content. It is possible to provide a more immersive virtual reality service.

Abstract: The present technology provides a system and a method for terminal positioning. According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the position of a terminal is estimated using inner and outer centers obtained through points on each distance circumference generated on the basis of the RSSI of each indoor positioning sensor, a terminal correction position is derived: using an estimated terminal position derived using each distance value generated on the basis of the RSSI of each indoor positioning sensor, and the intersection points between straight lines connecting a circle with the smallest radius determined with the RSSI, the remaining two circles that excludes the circle with the smallest radius, and the estimated terminal position; and on the basis of the circular arc of the smallest circle, including the intersection points, and the ratio of the radii of the remaining two circles that excludes the smallest circle determined with the RSSI, and the estimated terminal position is corrected using the derived terminal correction position so that the accuracy of terminal position can be fundamentally improved.
