摘要: The present invention teaches a hybrid aeration membrane bioreactor, comprising a bio-reaction tank; a plurality of membrane modules disposed within the bio-reaction tank; a macropore aeration apparatus comprising a first aeration pipe; a plurality of macropore heads having each a plurality of macropores, the macropore heads being disposed on the first aeration pipe; and a first gas pump; and a micropore aeration apparatus comprising a second aeration pipe; a plurality of micropore heads having each a plurality of micropores, the micropore heads being disposed on the second aeration pipe; and a second gas pump; wherein the first aeration pipe is connected to the first gas pump; the second aeration pipe is connected to the second gas pump; the macropore head is disposed below the membrane module; the micropore head is disposed near the bottom of the bio-reaction tank; and the micropores are smaller in diameter than the macropores. In accordance with the present invention, two aeration types, the macropore aeration and the micropore aeration, are combined, at the same aeration rate, the oxygen utilization rate of the membrane bioreactor is increased and thus the energy consumption for treating waste water is decreased. Therefore, the reactor is suitable for treating highly loaded organic waste water.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of producing an added defect count for monitoring the property of chambers or wafers. First, a proper pre-process sensitivity is determined with map to map process by maximizing the summation of a mapping rate and a catching rate. Second, a wafer is scanned with the proper pre-process sensitivity and a pre-process particle number P1 is recorded. Third, a manufacturing step is processed on the wafer. Fourth, the wafer is scanned with the most sensitive scale of the post-process sensitivities and a post-process particle number P2 is recorded. Finally, the post-process particle number P2 is subtracted from the pre-process particle number P1.

摘要: A method of manufacturing no-stick multi-color incense is to mix wood powder and an adhesive in powder form evenly and then the mixture is added into a liquid containing pigment and fragrance, stirred into a one-color glutinous paste and compressed into a single-color chunk by machines. The same procedures above-mentioned are repeated several times to obtain chunks with different colors. These mono-color chunks are cut into small cubes. The cubes are mixed together, piled on top of each other with different colors and then extruded by extruding machine to form incense with multiple colors. After drying, no-stick multi-color incense is obtained.

摘要: A seat cushion structure of chair is provided, in which a seat cushion body has a chamber provided on its upper end surface. The chamber has holders provided on its two opposite walls, and a plurality of spring steel wires have their two ends fixed on the holders provided on the opposite walls of the chamber so as to span across the chamber. An elastic pad covers correspondingly the upper end surface of the seat cushion body in such a manner that user, when sits on the elastic pad, enjoys comfortable and elastic feeling by the support of the elastic pad and the spring steel wires provided under the elastic pad. Furthermore, user's body heat can be dissipated through perforations provided on the elastic pad to the chamber of the seat cushion and thus to the outside, so as to enhance user's comfort.

摘要: A cool hydrogen-propelled cyclone quench box comprises: a mixing chamber (7) arranged at the center of a lower support plate (11); swirl tubes (6) arranged above the lower support plate (11) and outside the mixing chamber (7), the tubes being in tangential communication with the body of the mixing chamber (7) along a horizontal direction; a gas-liquid downcomer (5) perpendicularly arranged outside each swirl tube (6), the bottom portions of the downcomers and the outer walls of the swirl tubes (6) being in tangential communication along a perpendicular direction, and the top portions of the gas-liquid downcomers (5) being connected to fluid inlets (4) arranged on an upper support plate (3). Upper-level cyclone blades (12) are installed within the mixing chamber (7). The bottom ends of the blades (12) are perpendicularly arranged on the upper-level blade support plate (13). Lower-level cyclone blades (9) are installed at the mixing chamber (7) outlet; the bottom ends of the blades (9) are perpendicularly arranged on the lower-level blade support plate (10).
