    摘要: Systems, methods, and computer program products for search platforms for unstructured interaction summaries. An application executing on a processor may receive a query comprising a term. The application may generate, based on an embedding vector and the term, an expanded query comprising a plurality of additional terms. The application may generate, based on a term frequency inverse document frequency model, a vector for the expanded query and generate an entity vector for the query. The application may generate a combined vector for the query based on the entity vector and the vector for the expanded query. The application may compute, based on the combined vector for the query and a feature matrix of a corpus, a respective cosine similarity score for a plurality of results in the corpus. The application may return one or more of the plurality of results as responsive to the query based on the similarity scores.

    摘要: Various embodiments are directed to securely verifying an identity of a user who is requesting to add or link a financial instrument to a third-party digital wallet using one-tap contactless card authentication. The financial instrument may be added or linked to the third-party wallet in at least two scenarios: pull provisioning and push provisioning. In either provisioning scenarios, the user may be required to authenticate the financial instrument being added or linked by successfully verifying the identity of the user via the one-tap contactless card authentication at a banking application associated with the financial instrument.

    摘要: A method of forming a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor with improved gate-induced drain leakage performance, the method including providing a semiconductor substrate having a gate trench formed therein, performing an ion implantation process on upper portions of sidewalls of the gate trench to make the upper portions more susceptible to oxidation relative to non-implanted lower portions of the sidewalls, and performing an oxidation process on surfaces of the substrate, wherein the implanted upper portions of the sidewalls develop a thicker layer of oxidation relative to the non-implanted lower portions of the sidewalls.

    摘要: Unicondylar tibia implant devices having a bone-facing, distal side that can be detailed with cement fixation features and may include any of or a plurality of grooves, pegs, fins, rails, cavities, and/or coating whereby the geometry of the implant device improves implant-to-cement or cement-to-bone fixation characteristics exceeding that of a traditional flat surface. The implant device may also include a proximal side facing away from the bone-facing, distal side and having a geometry that provides either articulation with (cartilage and meniscal substituting) or receipt of a secondary device coupleable to the implant device on the distal side of the secondary device that features an away-from-bone facing articulating feature. Additionally, the geometry of the implant device in anterior-posterior and medial-lateral directions, among other directions, provides a variety of improvements relative to currently available devices.
