摘要: A remote monitoring system for elevator has a plurality of remote monitors for individually monitoring the running states of a plurality of elevators installed in a building, transmits running state data from the remote monitoring system via a communal public telephone line to a communal monitoring center, and allows communication between interphones, provided in the carriages of the elevators, and the monitoring center via the public telephone line. Each of the plurality of remote monitors comprises a memory unit which stores incoming time data of different incoming times, the remote monitor performing incoming controls after independently determining call signals from the monitoring center, based on the incoming time data stored in the memory unit. Furthermore, a first switching unit cuts off the auxiliary power when there has been no irregularity in the monitoring information of the elevator after the operating power has been supplied for a fixed period of time from an auxiliary power instead of the main power when the main power fails; and a second switching unit is driven by power from an interphone battery, and re-injects the auxiliary power when an emergency call button has been pressed.

摘要: A sealing device for an elevator door includes a doorway member, doors, a movable member, a push-down mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The doorway member is provided for a gate. The doors open or close along the doorway member. The movable member is set horizontally and provided to be movable in a vertical direction in the doorway member, and it is urged upwards by an urging unit. The push-down mechanism pushes down the movable member against the force of the urging unit just before the doors are closed. The sealing mechanism is kept non-contact with the doors while they are moving, and seals the gap between the doors and the doorway member as it is brought into contact with upper section of the doors when the movable member is pushed down by the push-down mechanism.

摘要: Disclosed is a control device of a permanent magnet electric motor which makes it possible to synchronously control the permanent magnet electric motor even when the magnetic pole logarithm of the permanent magnet electric motor is not an integral multiple of the number of repeats of a rotation phase signal during one rotation. The control device creates a magnetic pole phase signal based on a rotation phase signal, obtained by detecting the rotation of an output axis of the permanent magnet electric motor, and synchronously controls the permanent magnet electric motor in compliance with the magnetic pole phase signal; the control device comprises a first signal conversion unit which converts the rotation phase signal to a rotation angle signal which is proportional to the rotation angle each time a rotor of the permanent magnet electric motor rotates once, and a second signal conversion unit which converts the rotation angle signal to the magnetic pole phase signal, repeated a number of times equal to a magnetic pole logarithm of the permanent magnet electric motor.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a diagnostic system includes a conveyor device first and second sensors and a diagnostic device. The conveyor device includes an endless chain having a plurality of rollers coupled at regular pitches and each fit into a bush, to circularly move between a first sprocket and a second sprocket. The first and second sensors diagonally are disposed apart from each other on a moving path of the chain, irrespective of an operating direction of the conveyor device, to detect a passage of each of the rollers of the chain. The diagnostic device measures an amount of elongation of the chain based on a first detection signal output from the first sensor and a second detection signal output from the second sensor according to movement of the chain during operation of the conveyor device.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a user detection system includes a camera, a boundary detector, a user detector and a controller. The camera is installed in a peripheral region of a door, and captures a running region when opening or closing the door and a region near the door. The boundary detector detects a boundary between a first structure and a second structure in the region near the door based on an image captured by the camera. The user detector detects whether there is a user in the running region based on a result detected by the boundary detector. The controller controls an open/close operation of the door based on a result detected by the user detector.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an image detection system includes an imaging apparatus, an edge extraction unit, a specific-edge extraction unit, a candidate area extraction unit, and a to-be-detected area determination unit. The edge extraction unit extracts edges each representing a boundary line between areas with different features. The specific-edge extraction unit extracts specific edges including at least remaining edges present in background image and input image. The candidate area extraction unit extracts candidate areas for a preset area to be detected. The to-be-detected area determination unit determines the area to be detected from candidate areas extracted.

摘要: In an elevator system according to one embodiment, an imaging unit performs an imaging operation to obtain an image of a hall, the doorway of a car and the vicinity of the doorway, a measuring unit measures an exposure amount of a specified detection area in the image, and a controller adjusts an exposure adjustment parameter of the imaging unit in accordance with the measured exposure amount. While the door is being opened, as the detection area, the controller specifies a detection area in the interior of the car, and notifies the measuring unit of the specified detection area, and while the door is being closed, as the detection area, the controller specifies a detection area in the hall, and notifies the measuring unit as the specified detection area.
