摘要: An object is to provide a sheet-metal turbine housing free from a risk of damage to a turbine housing even if the turbine housing connected to an exhaust-gas inlet duct part is heated, and from a risk of leakage of exhaust gas through a gap between the exhaust-gas inlet duct part and the turbine housing. A sheet-metal turbine housing includes: a scroll part formed from sheet metal and forming an exhaust gas passage of a spiral shape; an exhaust-gas inlet duct part engaged with an inlet end portion of the scroll part formed into a tubular shape, for introducing exhaust gas into the exhaust gas passage of the scroll part; and a seal unit disposed on an engagement section at which the inlet end portion of the scroll part and the exhaust-gas inlet duct part engage with each other, to close an annular gap formed at the engagement section.

The turbine housing has a first wall surface which faces tips of the turbine blades, and a second wall surface which faces the first wall surface across a flow path of the working fluid. A blade height of the variable nozzles at an outlet side is greater than a blade height of the turbine blades at an inlet side.

摘要: An object is to provide a floating bush bearing device including a circumferential groove over the entire circumference of an outer peripheral surface of a floating bush while ensuring that a pressing force is applied by lubricant oil to the floating bush to reduce oscillation, as well as a turbocharger provided with the bearing device. A floating bush bearing device includes: a rotary shaft disposed rotatably inside a bearing hole of a casing; a floating bush surrounding the rotary shaft; an oil-feed hole of lubricant oil having an opening on an inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole; a plurality of communication holes formed on the floating bush, each extending between an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the floating bush, and disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the floating bush; and a circumferential groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the floating bush or the inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole and extending over an entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the floating bush or the inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole, the circumferential groove passing through openings of the plurality of communication holes or facing the openings of the plurality of communication holes. The circumferential groove has a cross-sectional area which varies in accordance with a circumferential position.

摘要: A regeneration control device controlling a temperature increase unit of an exhaust gas treatment device including a DOC disposed in an exhaust passage of a diesel engine to regenerate the exhaust gas treatment device includes: a DOC temperature-increase-necessary-state detection part detecting a temperature increase necessary state including at least one of a blockage state, detected on the basis of comparison between a blockage parameter related to blockage of the DOC and a predetermined blockage threshold, of the DOC or a blockage risk state, detected when the diesel engine is in an operating state that is likely to cause blockage of the DOC, of the DOC; and a DOC temperature increase execution part executing a DOC temperature increase control including: a first temperature increase process to control the temperature increase unit, if the temperature increase necessary state of the DOC is detected, so as to increase the temperature of the DOC to a first temperature at which the DOC activates; and a second temperature increase process to control the temperature increase unit after completion of the first temperature increase process so as to increase the temperature of the DOC to a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
