摘要: An electrochemical apparatus includes a negative electrode, where the negative electrode includes a current collector, a first coating, and a second coating. The second coating is provided on at least one surface of the current collector. The first coating is provided between the current collector and the second coating, and the first coating includes inorganic particles. A peeling force F between the first coating and the second coating satisfies 15 N≤F≤30 N. The first coating is provided between the current collector and the second coating of the negative electrode, and the first coating contains the inorganic particles, effectively enhancing adhesion between the current collector and the second coating, reducing the binder amount in the second coating, and increasing the proportion of a negative electrode active material in the negative electrode, thereby increasing the energy density of lithium-ion batteries.

摘要: An electrochemical apparatus includes a positive electrode. The positive electrode includes a current collector. The current collector includes a coated region provided with an active material, and an uncoated region, where the uncoated region is at least partially provided with an insulation layer, and the insulation layer includes a binder and inorganic particles. Based on a total mass of the insulation layer, a mass percentage of element aluminum in the insulation layer is 20% to 52%. An adhesion F between the insulation layer and the current collector is not less than 201 N/m. In the electrochemical apparatus in this application, the safety of the electrochemical apparatus is improved due to sufficient adhesion between the insulation layer and the current collector of the positive electrode.

摘要: A method for detecting state of health of a battery of an electronic device is provided. An initial capacity of the battery is obtained when the battery is charged or discharged with a predetermined current and in a predetermined temperature, and a first State of Charge (SOC) value is calculated when the battery is discharged to a discharge cutoff voltage. An available capacity of the battery is calculated with the predetermined current and in the predetermined temperature based on a maximum capacity of the battery, the first State of Charge value, and a second State of Charge value, and a capacity fade is obtain based on a ratio of the available capacity and the initial capacity. Thus, the state of health is detected based on the capacity fade.

摘要: A method for correcting temperature of a rechargeable battery is provided. The temperature T of an adapter board of the rechargeable battery is detected by a sensor of an electronic device, and a temperature difference ΔTi between a cell and the adapter board is calculated during charging or discharging of the battery for a predetermined time period by acquiring a predetermined relationship mode. A cumulative temperature difference ΔT is calculated by accumulating the delta T value ΔTi, and a temperature value Tcell of the cell is calculated through the detected temperature T minus the accumulated temperature difference ΔT. Then, the electronic device can keep normal operation when taking the calculated temperature as the temperature of the cell.
