    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes: a first substrate, including a first sealant coating area, wherein the first sealant coating area is provided with a first concave slot; a second substrate, disposed oppositely to the first substrate, and including a second sealant coating area disposed right oppositely to the first sealant coating area; a spacer, the spacer having two terminals, wherein, one terminal of the spacer is fixed to and connected with a bottom of the first concave slot, and the other terminal of the spacer is extended toward the second sealant coating area; and a frame sealant, filled between the first sealant coating area and the second sealant coating area in order to form a sealed liquid crystal filling area. The display panel of the present invention can effectively increase the bonding force of the frame sealant to the substrates.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a LTPS TFT substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The LTPS TFT substrate of the present invention includes a metal layer formed on a channel zone so that the metal layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode can be used as a mask to form LDD zones in a poly-silicon layer in order to save the mask needed for separately forming the LDD zones; further, due to the addition of the metal layer that is connected to the channel zone of the poly-silicon layer, the electrical resistance of the channel zone can be effectively reduced to increase a TFT on-state current. The LTPS TFT substrate manufacturing method of the present invention forms a metal layer on a channel zone at the same time of forming a source electrode and a drain electrode and uses the metal layer, the source electrode, and the drain electrode as a mask to form LDD zones in a poly-silicon layer so as to save the mask needed for separately forming the LDD zones thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and increasing throughput.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a flexible graphene electrically conductive film includes (1) providing a base and forming a graphene layer on a surface of the base; (2) providing polyvinyl alcohol, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water and heating to form a colloidal solution, which after cooling, forms a polyvinyl alcohol colloidal solution; and coating the polyvinyl alcohol colloidal solution on a surface of the graphene layer and drying so as to form a supporting layer on the surface of the graphene layer; (3) removing the base from the graphene layer; and (4) dissolving the supporting layer on the graphene layer in water so as to obtain a flexible graphene electrically conductive film that is free of surface residue.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display are disclosed. The display panel includes a top substrate, a down substrate, a top photoresist layer arranged on one side of the down substrate facing toward the top substrate, and a down photoresist layer arranged on one side of the top substrate facing toward the top substrate. The display panel includes a transmission area and a reflective area, and the reflective area comprises a reflective layer between the top photoresist layer and the down photoresist layer. Light beams within the transmission area pass through the top photoresist layer and the down photoresist layer, and the light beams within the reflective area pass through the top photoresist layer twice or pass through the down photoresist layer twice. In this way, the saturation of the transmission area and the reflective area are compatible.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a curved liquid crystal display module and a liquid crystal display device. The curved liquid crystal display module includes a color filter substrate, an array substrate, and multiple isolation-cushion parts disposed between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. Wherein, the multiple isolation-cushion parts are densely distributed near a center position of the color filter substrate and the array substrate, and the multiple isolation-cushion parts are gradually sparsely distributed toward two edges. Through disposing the isolation-cushion parts to be densely distributed and strip-shaped at the center position, and to be sparsely distributed and dotted toward two edges, the device of the present invention is well suitable for different sustained force at different assembly locations of curved screen such that the curved liquid crystal display module can have a better display effect and an uniform thickness.
