Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A repeater may apply a frequency translation and a phase rotation adjustment to a transmitted signal to avoid radio frequency interference. For instance, wireless repeater may receive a signal from a first device on a first carrier frequency. The wireless repeater may identify one or more interfering signals affecting the reception or transmission of the signal. The wireless repeater may then perform a frequency translation from the first carrier frequency to the second carrier frequency, and may also apply a phase rotation adjustment corresponding to the frequency translation. The wireless repeater may retransmit the signal including the phase rotation adjustment over the second carrier frequency to a second device in the wireless network.

A network entity may receive, from a first user equipment (UE) (e.g., victim UE), a first uplink message including a cross-link interference (CLI) report associated with CLI experienced at the first UE and a set of CLI parameters associated with the first UE. The network entity may transmit, to a second UE (e.g., aggressor UE) based on the first uplink message, a first downlink message indicating an uplink power limit associated with uplink communications transmitted by the second UE during a full-duplex operational mode at the network entity. The network entity may then communicate with the first and second UEs in accordance with the full-duplex operational mode and based on the uplink power limit.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for transmission of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) using adjusted transmit powers. In one aspect, a power offset may be configured for one or more sets of SSBs. The power offset may be configured to be applied for a set of SSBs based on a duplexing mode of one or more of a transmitter wireless node (that transmits an SSB) or a receiver wireless node (that receives the SSB). The duplexing mode may be based on whether the transmitter receiver node or the wireless receiver node is operating in a full-duplex mode or may be based on a resource configuration associated with a resource used to transmit the SSB. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein also provide signaling to support the transmission of SSBs using adjusted transmit powers, and techniques for receiving and processing SSBs that use adjusted transmit powers.

For example, a first wireless node (e.g., an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node) may receive, from a parent base station, system information that is indicative of two random access procedure configurations. The first random access procedure configuration may be for a two-step random access procedure and the second random access procedure configuration may be different from the first random access procedure configuration (for example, an IAB-specific, a user equipment (UE)-specific, or a four-step random access procedure). The first wireless node may determine to use the first random access procedure configuration (e.g., for establishing a wireless backhaul connection with the parent base station) and may perform the two-step random access procedure with the parent base station accordingly.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for efficient signaling of feedback regarding communications of a relaying operation. In some aspects, a relay node may defer feedback regarding reception of a first communication until relaying feedback regarding the payload of the first communication, thereby reducing overhead and signaling burden. In some aspects, a relay node may skip the transmission of feedback regarding the first communication altogether, either on the assumption that the link between the relay node and the first wireless node is reliable, or on the basis of the first wireless node being able to infer the reception of the first communication based on subsequent communications. In some aspects, a relay node may be enabled to skip forwarding of feedback from a second wireless node, such that the first wireless node can infer that the payload was received if no negative feedback associated with the payload is received.

A base station may concurrently configure repeaters in a wireless communications system via multicast control messaging. The base station may identify a quantity of repeaters in communication with the base station. Some repeaters may be in communication with the base station via other repeaters, for example in a chain configuration. The base station may prepare a multicast message including control information for the quantity of repeaters. In some examples, the base station may transmit the multicast message directly to each repeater in the quantity of repeaters, which may be referred to as a single hop control transmission. In some examples, the base station may transmit the multicast message via one or more chains of repeaters, which may be referred to as a multi-hop control transmission. The described techniques may include improved repeater operations and promote efficient repeater communications, among other benefits.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration message that is associated with a full duplex transmission mode. The configuration message includes at least one indicator of a resource for channel measurement, where the at least one indicator of the resource for channel measurement is associated with a plurality of resources for interference measurements that include at least one resource for self-interference measurement. Additionally, or alternatively, the configuration message includes at least one indicator of a format for a sub-band report, where the format indicates that the sub-band report is to include at least one of reference signal received power, signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio, or a combination thereof. The UE may transmit, to the base station, at least one report based at least in part on the configuration message. Numerous other aspects are described.
