摘要： A sifting pick-up device is provided that operates as a combined pick-up tool and sifter. The device comprises an elongated frame, a first jaw member, and a second jaw member. The elongated frame includes a proximal end, a distal end, and a slidable handle therealong. The two jaw members are disposed along the distal end and move relative to one another based on movement of the slidable handle. At least one of the jaw members has a sifting screen jaw surface in which contents secured between the jaws can be separated from granular material. One or both of the jaw members are movable, and in one embodiment the slidable handle is spring biased and is connected to at least one jaw member via one or more cables. The handle controls the position of the jaws, which can be used to pick-up items and sift the same.

摘要： A fecal matter collection and disposal device for sanitary collection and disposal of fecal matter includes a shell that is hand shaped. The shell is flexible and comprises an inner layer, which comprises padding, and an outer layer that is impermeable. The shell has a first end, which comprises a set of five tubes, and a second end that is open. A pad is coupled to and positioned on a palm face of the shell. The pad is odor masking. A fastener is positioned adjacent to the second end of the shell. The shell is configured to receive a hand inserted through the second end, positioning the fingers and thumb of the hand into the tubes. The fastener is positioned to seal the shell after fecal matter collection and inversion of the shell, such that the pad is sealed in the shell along with the fecal matter.

摘要： A solid pet waste vacuum and bagging device is described. The device is equipped with a canister, collection chute, vacuum motor, and a bag cartridge. The device eliminates the need for an individual to come into any contact with pet waste, including the temperature and the smell conventionally known to emanate from pet waste. The device employs the vacuum motor to collect pet waste within the bag via the collection chute. The collection chute is lined with a plastic bag, which is sealed and released from the collection chute within the canister upon activation of a dispose button by the user. The device is powered by rechargeable batteries, and may be equipped with a charging cradle to maintain a fully charged battery.

摘要： A waste disposal apparatus having a handle, an elongated shaft, a base, and a disposable cartridge. The handle includes a cutout for manual gripping and a ring for attachment to a belt loop or other support. The cartridge provides a first side with a nub thereon and a second side with a plurality of tines disposed thereon and extending therefrom. The base provides a plate having a well with an open end and interior volume in which the nub of the cartridge engages therewith for removable securement. In operation, the user can place a bag over the base and push the nub into the open end of the well of the base for attachment thereto and impale animal waste using the tines. The user can then fold the bag over the cartridge and detach the bag from the plate enclosing the cartridge therein for disposal.

摘要： Devices and methods for collecting pet droppings into bags and disposing of them in a way that the user and equipment avoid contact with the droppings are disclosed. In one embodiment, the mouth of an open bag is placed over the dropping and elastic cords manipulated by a remote handle wrap around the waste bag and closes its opening to snare the droppings. In another embodiment, two jaws are configured for sideways movement and to close over the dropping by a remote handle. A collection bag is placed inside the jaws with its rim wrapped around the jaws in a way that closing the jaws ensnares the droppings inside the bag.

It solves the problem of how to easily collect an uncontaminated urine sample from an animal, in a sanitary manner. The invention allows for collection of the urine sample from a short distance without bending over, so as not to startle the animal causing it to move or stop urinating before a sample can be collected. The device allows commonly available household items to suffice for a handle and for a specimen bottle.

摘要： An apparatus that can be used with a sleeve style receptacle to make an animal waste bag holder apparatus or used with a trash can receptacle to allow air captured between the bag and the inside surface of the trash can to escape. The apparatus includes a threaded bolt that extends through a side hole formed on the receptacle. The bolt's wide head is placed adjacent to the inside surface of the receptacle and the threaded shaft extends through the side hole. When a plastic bag is inserted into the receptacle, the bag's top edge is folded over the outside surface of the receptacle and placed below or adjacent to the side hole. The holder includes a wide flange nut with internal threads attached to the threaded shaft. When the flange nut is tightened on the shaft, the flange nut presses against the portion of plastic bag adjacent to the side hole. When tightened, the portion of the plastic bag is pulled which tightens the entire plastic bag around the receptacle.
