    Abstract: A press drawing method includes a first step for moving an upper mold 10e from a top dead center to a fracture position and applying a predetermined strain to a part of a plate material 1 to be drawn, causing the plate material 1 to fracture at a fracture part 4, and a second step for moving the upper mold 10e from the fracture position to a bottom dead center, thus completing the drawing process.

    Abstract: [Object] Provided is a press-molded product capable of improving the bonding strength between a vehicle body reinforcing member and the other member or the rigidity of a vehicle body by enlarging a cross-section of a member to a fullest extent of a design cross-section without forming a notch for preventing a press-molding failure in a ridge-portion flange.[Solution] A press-molded product is formed by a steel plate having a tensile strength of 340 MPa or more, and includes an inward continuous flange in at least one end portion in a predetermined direction, the inward continuous flange being obtained by continuously forming a ridge-portion flange formed inward in the end portion of the ridge portion, a first flange formed inward in at least a part of an area of the end portion of a first surface portion, and a second flange formed inward in at least a part of an area of the end portion of a second surface portion.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a hot pressed product by heating a sheet material and quenching the sheet material while molding the sheet material includes a hole forming step of forming a pilot hole in the sheet material; a heating step of heating the sheet material in which the pilot hole is formed; and a molding step of forming a burred portion at the pilot hole by using a burring punch included in a die set while molding the sheet material in the die set. The pilot hole has an opening shape in which convex portions and concave portions are alternately arranged. A diameter of a circumscribed circle that is in contact with the convex portions is greater than a punch diameter of the burring punch. A diameter of an inscribed circle that is in contact with the concave portions is less than the punch diameter of the burring punch.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a molded member, which can maintain high accuracy circularity of an inner diameter of a tubular body even if a thickness of a base metal sheet varies and which can prevent occurrence of adhesion, seizure of the like of the base metal sheet to a die used for finishing ironing. The base metal sheet is subjected to multi-stage drawing to manufacture the molded member including a tubular body and a flange formed at an end portion of the body. The multi-stage drawing includes: preliminary drawing for forming a preliminary body having a body element from the base metal sheet; at least one compression drawing performed after the preliminary drawing and forming the body by drawing the body element while applying a compressive force to the body element; and at least one finishing ironing performed after the at least one compression drawing to ensure dimensional accuracy.

    Abstract: The invention provides manufacturing a partially reinforced press formed product with high corrosion resistance and antirust property without grain boundary cracks due to spot welding. First and second galvanized steel plates are heated to an austenite range temperature to transform the bodies of the first and second galvanized steel plates into austenite and form a zinc oxide film and a Fe—Zn solid solution phase on the surfaces of the first and second galvanized steel plates. Hot press forming is then performed to the first and second galvanized steel plates which are heated in the process mentioned above, the first and second galvanized steel plates being superposed. The first and second galvanized steel plates, which are hot press formed, are then welded.
