    摘要: An electric machine rotor includes a rotor body configured to rotate about a rotation axis. A winding includes a plurality of end winding portions extending circumferentially over an axial end of the pole core. An anchor is woven into the end winding portions to inhibit movement of the end winding portions relative to the pole core. The anchor includes a first portion extending radially outward along a first row of the end winding portions. A second portion of the anchor extends axially from the first row, beyond a second row of the end winding portions to a third row of the end winding portions. A third portion of the anchor extends radially along the third row. A fourth portion extends axially between two of the end windings in the third row. A fifth portion of the anchor extends radially inward between the second row and the third row.

The stator includes a plurality of iron cores that are annularly disposed, windings that are wound to each of the plurality of iron cores, connection terminals to which the windings are connected to, and molded members that partially cover the plurality of iron cores and the windings. The rotor rotates around an axis that coincides with a circular center of the plurality of iron cores. The molded members have resin portions that cover the plurality of iron cores and the windings, and a plurality of exposed terminal portions that expose the connection terminals.

    摘要: A stator core comprises a stack and a resin portion. The stack comprises an annular yoke portion, a plurality of tooth portions, and a plurality of slots. The resin portion covers an inner wall surface of a slot of the plurality of slots. The resin portion protrudes outward relative to an end surface of the stack in a height direction of the stack. The resin portion is formed on at least a part of an end surface of the tooth portion so as to extend from the inner wall surface of the slot around the end surface of the tooth portion. A resin end portion of the resin portion is disposed on the end surface of the stack and a corner of the resin end portion is formed as an inclined surface including a planar surface or curved surface.
