    摘要: A fin and tube type heat-exchanger having a plurality of 6 mm or smaller heat tubes to allow refrigerant to move therein includes a plurality of cooling fins arranged at predetermined intervals, each cooling fin having a number of joint holes arranged in one or more stages, and a number of slits between the joint holes formed on each stage. Each slit has a projecting segment with an open portion corresponding to the direction of air flow and a pair of standing segments formed at both sides of the projecting segment for guiding the direction of air flow. The projecting segments project in the same direction from the surface of each cooling fin, and the slits are grouped in five rows. The heat tubes pass through and are jointed with the joint holes, respectively. The heat exchanger reduces pressure loss, optimizes heat-exchange efficiency, reduces manufacturing costs, and adapts to alternative refrigerants.

    摘要: A fin tube heat exchanger includes plate-shaped elongated fin members spaced at regular intervals, in parallel with one another. Each fin member has a fin base, through-holes in two rows in a longitudinal direction of the fin member, and raised portions with legs. Heat exchanger tubes are inserted into the through-holes. Each fin member has flat areas at a front and middle regions of a front half and a middle region of a rear half. The raised portion disposed at a rear region of the front half and a front region of the rear half has the legs inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to a traverse centerline which passes through the center of an adjacent through-hole of the front row. The distance from the centerline generally increases with a direction of airflow. A larger volume of air can be directed toward the vicinity of the tubes of the rear row. Each fin member has a front edge and a rear edge. The front edge has protruding portions and recessed portions and the rear edge has protruding portions and recessed portions. The protruding portion of the front edge substantially corresponds to the recessed portion of the rear edge disposed on the same centerline.

    摘要: A radial flow heat exchanger for heating or cooling a fluid includes a sealed fluid manifold for passage of fluid. A sealed fluid receiving hub is spaced interiorly of the interior peripheral portion of the manifold and includes a passageway for passage of fluid into or out of the heat exchanger. A plurality of separate and spaced fluid flow tubes are disposed between the manifold and the hub. Each of the tubes are in sealed fluid communication with the manifold at one end and the other end is in sealed fluid communication with the hub. A fin assembly is positioned between the manifold and the hub and includes a heat conducting material arranged at spaced intervals between the manifold and the hub, the heat conducting material including a plurality of spaced apertures through which tubes pass. The heat conducting material is in intimate heat conducting contact with the tubes whereby fluid flowing between the manifold and the hub flows into each of the tubes in a radial direction between the manifold and the hub and wherein the heat conducting material of the fin assembly operates to give up or pick up heat from the fluid through the wall of the tubes.

    摘要: A heat exchanger with small-diameter refrigerant tubes is disclosed. The heat exchanger has a plurality of air guide fins assembled with each other by one or more vertical rows of refrigerant tubes passing through the air guide fins. In the heat exchanger, each of the refrigerant tubes is a small-diameter tube having an outer diameter of not larger than 6 mm. In addition, four rows of offset surfaces are vertically formed on each of the air guide fins at a position between two tubes of each vertical row of refrigerant tubes through a pressing process such that the four rows of offset surfaces are arranged along a transverse direction of the fin. Four rows of vertical slits are each formed by two air guide openings defined between opposite side edges of each of the offset surfaces and the land surface of the air guide fin. In the heat exchanger, the number of the slits is reduced, in addition to changing the shape and dimension of the slits so as to allow the slits to be compatible with the small-diameter refrigerant tubes. The heat exchanger is also reduced in its production cost, accomplishes the recent trend of compactness, and minimizes its air-side pressure loss, in addition to accomplishing an improvement in its heat exchange operational performance due to its enhanced heat transfer efficiency. This heat exchanger is also improved in its productivity.

    摘要: A fin tube heat exchanger includes a plurality of fin plates spaced at regular intervals in parallel with one another and adapted to allow air to flow therebetween, each fin plate having a plurality of through-holes in at least one row in a longitudinal direction of the fin plates, a plurality of refrigerant tubes inserted into the through-holes of the fin plates in a perpendicular direction and a plurality of raised strips formed in a plurality of rows in a direction perpendicular to an air flow. The raised strips in the same row are raised from a fin base in a direction opposite to the direction in which the raised strips in adjacent rows are raised. The fin base and each of the raised strips define therebetween two openings open against the air flow. Rising portions on the refrigerant tube side of the raised strips in one row near to a center line of the through-holes are formed along a circular arc which has an identical center with the refrigerant tube. Rising portions on the refrigerant tube side of the raised strips in another row near to a longitudinal fin edge are formed along an outer tangential line of the circular arc. The number of the raised strips in another row near to the longitudinal fin edge is more than the number of the raised strips in one row near to the center line of the through-holes.
