Abstract: A rolling bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of balls, and a cage that holds the balls. The inner ring is a rotating ring, and the outer ring is a fixed ring. An annular groove for creep suppression is formed in a fitting surface of the rolling bearing that is fitted on a mating member to which the outer ring is attached. The annular groove has a groove main body portion and inclined groove portions located on opposite sides of the groove main body portion in an axial direction and formed to be shallower than the groove main body portion such that the depth of each of the inclined groove portions increases toward the groove main body portion. The inclined groove portions come into contact with the mating member when the outer ring is elastically deformed by a radial load received from the balls.

Abstract: A spherical roller bearing having an inner ring, an outer ring, first and second roller sets disposed therebetween, and a guide element for guiding the rollers of at least one roller set. The guide element is rotational about a bearing axis of rotation during bearing operation. The bearing further includes a generator, arranged between the first and second roller sets, which includes a magnetic rotor with alternating polarities in circumferential direction and a stator having at least one stator coil. The magnetic rotor is mounted to the guide element, while the stator is mounted to a common outer raceway of the outer ring, radially opposite from the magnetic rotor. In accordance with the invention, the stator has the form of an annular band. The at least one stator coil is formed by a flat conductor provided on a flexible printed circuit board.

Abstract: A rolling bearing device includes a bearing portion and an oil supply unit provided adjacent, in the axial direction, to an annular space between an inner ring and an outer ring of the bearing portion to supply lubricating oil to the annular space. The oil supply unit includes an oil chamber that accommodates lubricating oil, a nozzle that discharges lubricating oil in the oil chamber, a pump body that applies a discharge force for causing lubricating oil in the oil chamber to fly from the nozzle toward the annular space, and a detection portion that detects gathering of lubricating oil at a discharge port of the nozzle. The detection portion includes a pair of electrodes disposed with the discharge port of the nozzle interposed therebetween, and a measurement portion that measures the capacitance of the pair of electrodes.

Abstract: Disclosed is a curved trench ball bearing, which includes an outer ring 1, a set of steel balls 2, a set of retainers 3 and an inner ring 4. The raceways of outer ring 1 and inner ring 4 are used for inlaying steel balls. At least one of them is “S”-shaped curve arc raceway end to end, the other is linear or “S”-shaped curve arc raceway. The number of the “peak” and the number of the “valley” of the curve arc raceway are equal to or an integer times of the number of steel balls. By means of this structure, a bearing can achieve the displacement of reciprocating rectilinear motion while rotating, thereby simplifying a mechanical structure of a kneading roller.
