摘要： A hinge is described that includes a first bracket adapted to be attached to a first substrate. The first bracket includes a channel defining a first central axis and defining a first lateral axis perpendicular to the first central axis. The hinge also includes a second bracket adapted to be attached to a second substrate. The second bracket defines a second central axis and a second lateral axis perpendicular to the second central axis. The first lateral axis and the second lateral axis are disposed a distance from one another. A connecting stem pivotally connects the first bracket to the second bracket. A protrusion is disposed at one end of the connecting stem. The protrusion is disposed within the channel defined by the first bracket. An adjustable connection exists between the connecting stem and the second bracket to permit adjustment of the distance between the first and second lateral axes.

The hinge plate is positioned on an outer surface of the outer wrapper and is removably secured to the screw plate. The hinge plate includes a recess area. A pilot plate is positioned on the outer surface of the outer wrapper, secured to the screw plate and being closely received in the recess area in the hinge plate. The pilot plate remains in position relative to the screw plate and the wrapper when the hinge plate is removed from the screw plate.

A clamping insert is provided for inserting into the grooves and has a recess for a cover panel. The mounting body and the counterbearing can be covered by means of covers, wherein the cover is provided with elongated holes which extend under the clamping insert and cover panel. Lift-out protection is provided in the upper mounting for the all-glass leaf in the closed position.
