Natural rubber in the latex is separated from the water. Preferably, the amount of non-rubber extractables in the natural rubber is reduced by one or more extraction steps yielding a dried natural rubber.

The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tires, containing: a highly purified, modified natural rubber having a pH adjusted to 2-7; carbon black and/or a white filler; and a styrene-butadiene rubber having a styrene content of 30% by mass or more, and also relates to a pneumatic tire formed from the rubber composition.

    摘要: The present invention provides a rubber composition for an undertread, which has improved in processability, fuel economy, and tensile properties in a balanced manner, and also provides a pneumatic tire formed from the rubber composition. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for an undertread, including: a rubber component containing a modified natural rubber having a phosphorus content of 200 ppm or less; and carbon black and/or a white filler, wherein the modified natural rubber is contained in an amount of 5% by mass or more per 100% by mass of the rubber component.

    摘要: Provided herein are organic solvent-based processes for the isolation of purified natural rubber from non-Hevea plants. The processes are particularly useful with plant matter that comprises at least 90% by weight roots sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz (Russian dandelion), Scorzonera tau-saghyz (Tau-Saghyz), Scorzonera uzbekistanica, and combinations thereof. Also provided herein is a purified non-Hevea rubber product containing 100 phr of rubber sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz, Scorzon-era tau-saghyz, Scorzonera uzbekistanica, and combinations thereof, having a specified purity level. Additionally provided are sulfur-vulcanizable rubber compounds and sulfur-vulcanized rubber compounds that incorporate 10-100 phr of purified non-Hevea rubber product sourced from Taraxacum kok-saghyz, Scorzonera tau-saghyz, Scorzonera uzbekistanica, and combinations thereof, having a specified purity level.
