    摘要： Particle boards are currently prepared by treating the particles (e.g. wood chips) with a binder comprising an organic polyisocyanate and an internal release agent and then subjecting the treated particles to a forming process involving heat and pressure. While the resulting particle board will generally release well from the caul plates of the press after forming, due to the effect of the internal release agent, it has been found that the ease of release is enhanced by precoating the surfaces of the caul plates or platens which come into contact with the particle board with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene which layer optionally contains an internal release agent.

The glove is manufactured by a process which includes coating a glove form with a coagulant containing the lipo compound and its surfactant in a dispersion which stay with the glove after it is stripped from the mold providing a mold release surface for such glove.

F. of 100 centipoises; and(b) from about 1 to 40 percent by weight of an oxidized low molecular weight polyethylene having an average molecular weight of less than about 5,000. The invention also relates to vinyl polymers, such as polyvinyl chloride, containing such external lubricants.

    摘要： There are disclosed mold-release compositions suitable for lubricating metal molds which are used in molding natural and synthetic rubber and other polymers. The mold release agents of the invention are oxidation-stable homopolymer and copolymer, i.e., block or heteric polyoxyalkylene lubricant compounds. The lubricants of the invention can be used alone or in mixtures with prior art polyoxyalkylene lubricant compounds. The polyoxyalkylene mold release lubricants of the invention have the formula: ##STR1## R is individually selected from alkyl groups of 1 to about 21 carbon atoms, preferably about 7 to about 21 carbon atoms, and most preferably about 12 to about 18 carbon atoms. In lubricants I and III, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the residue of the same or different and in lubricant II different alkylene units, all individually selected from the group consisting of the residue of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide and an aromatic glycidyl ether, R.sub.3 is the residue of a difunctional phenol, R.sub.4 is hydrogen, an acyl or alkyl group and where alkyl, derived from an aliphatic monofunctional alcohol having 1 to about 21 carbon atoms, preferably about 4 to about 18 carbon atoms and most preferably about 4 to about 12 carbon atoms or where acyl derived from an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid of 2 to about 21 carbon atoms, preferably about 4 to about 18 carbon atoms and most preferably about 6 to about 12 carbon atoms, R.sub.5 is the residue of an aromatic glycidyl ether, preferably a phenyl glycidyl ether and n or m+n have a value to produce a molecular weight of about 300 to about 6000, preferably about 600 to about 5000 and most preferably about 1000 to about 4000.
