The disclosure further provides the encoding gene, vector, recombinant bacterial strain, and the application in the manufacturing of (S)-3-cyano-5-methylhexanoic acid. The wet resting cells containing nitrilase Aa-Nit can kinetically resolve racemic IBSN at 1.2 M with a 42% conversion rate in 15 hr and >99% ee value. The disclosure provides a regio- and stereoselective method for the preparation of (S)-3-cyano-5-methylhexanoic acid. This method provides an atom economical, mild, environmental friendly industrial method to manufacture (S)-3-cyano-5-methylhexanoic acid.

A device and a process for producing undecylenic acid methyl ester using methyl ricinoleate as raw material are provided. The device comprises a feed pump, a raw material pre-heater, a microwave catalytic reactor, a microwave generator, a temperature controller and an infrared sensor, a condenser, a product tank and a discharge pump. The feed pump is connected with the raw material pre-heater, which is connected with the inlet of the microwave catalytic reactor. The outlet of the microwave catalytic reactor is connected with the condenser, which is connected to the product tank and the discharge pump. The microwave catalytic reactor is located in the microwave generator, which is connected with the temperature controller and the infrared sensor. The process is as follows: high-purity methyl ricinoleate, used as the raw material, is converted to methyl undecene and heptaldehyde by microwave-assisted pyrolysis process, followed by isolation and purification to produce methyl undecene.

This invention has disclosed a pseudomonas putida strain as well as its microbial inoculum and application. Such strain is named as Pseudomonas putida S-1, which was preserved at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Sep. 25, 2013 with the deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2013444. The strain of this invention takes isopropanol, ethanal, dipropyl disulfide, diethyl disulfide and propanethiol as the sole carbon source for effective degradation of substrate simultaneously with the energy growth. Furthermore, it can obtain a perfect growth in different cultivation modes owing to high substrate tolerance, which has laid down a solid foundation for engineering application for elimination of VOCs contained exhaust gas by means of biological purification.

A method for manufacturing a compound refractive lens for focusing X-rays in two dimensions. The method includes the following steps: 1) manufacturing a mother lens; 2) manufacturing a daughter lens; and 3) assembling the mother lens and the daughter lens. The assembly of the mother lens and the daughter lens includes: aligning square embedded lens bodies of the daughter lens with square holes of the mother lens, respectively, for allowing the first parabola-shaped holes on the mother lens and the second parabola-shaped holes on the daughter lens to form an orthogonal structure; and inserting and pressing the square embedded lens bodies into the corresponding square holes, respectively. The method of the invention has advantages of high-precision for manufacturing and calibration of optical axis, and meanwhile the compound refractive lens manufactured based the method has high X-rays focusing efficiency.

The rotor comprises a mobile disk fixed on the rotating shaft and an immobile disk fixed on the casing, A series of concentric mobile and immobile circular baffle-sheets are fitted on the mobile disk and the immobile disk respectively. The series of concentric mobile and immobile circular baffle-sheets with different diameters are arranged in staggered form to compose the zigzag channels, and the first passage is set at the downside of the rotor and the second passage is set at the center on the top of the rotor. Disclosed are a gene mining method combining functional sequence and structure simulation, an NADH-preferring phosphinothricin dehydrogenase mutant and an application thereof. The gene mining method comprises the following steps: (1) analyzing a characteristic sequence which an NADH-type glutamate dehydrogenase should have; (2) searching a gene library based on the characteristic sequence; (3) performing clustering analysis and protein structure simulation on genes obtained by the searching; (4) selecting genes that feature high gene aggregation and a protein structure similar to that of the known phosphinothricin dehydrogenase as candidate genes. A wild-type phosphinothricin dehydrogenase with an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID No.2 derived from Lysinibacillus composti is obtained through the gene mining, and then mutated, and an NADH-preferring phosphinothricin dehydrogenase mutant is screened out, which has a mutation site selected from one of the following: (1) A144G-V375F-M91A; (2) A144G-V345A-M91A; (3) A144G. This mutant enzyme can be used for catalytic reaction with an inexpensive coenzyme NAD.
