    摘要: This invention has disclosed a pseudomonas putida strain as well as its microbial inoculum and application. Such strain is named as Pseudomonas putida S-1, which was preserved at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Sep. 25, 2013 with the deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2013444. The strain of this invention takes isopropanol, ethanal, dipropyl disulfide, diethyl disulfide and propanethiol as the sole carbon source for effective degradation of substrate simultaneously with the energy growth. Furthermore, it can obtain a perfect growth in different cultivation modes owing to high substrate tolerance, which has laid down a solid foundation for engineering application for elimination of VOCs contained exhaust gas by means of biological purification.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a compound refractive lens for focusing X-rays in two dimensions. The method includes the following steps: 1) manufacturing a mother lens; 2) manufacturing a daughter lens; and 3) assembling the mother lens and the daughter lens. The assembly of the mother lens and the daughter lens includes: aligning square embedded lens bodies of the daughter lens with square holes of the mother lens, respectively, for allowing the first parabola-shaped holes on the mother lens and the second parabola-shaped holes on the daughter lens to form an orthogonal structure; and inserting and pressing the square embedded lens bodies into the corresponding square holes, respectively. The method of the invention has advantages of high-precision for manufacturing and calibration of optical axis, and meanwhile the compound refractive lens manufactured based the method has high X-rays focusing efficiency.

    摘要: The equipment of high-gravity multi-rotors zigzag rotating beds according to the present invention comprises a casing, a gas inlet and a liquid outlet being provided at the bottom of the casing, a gas outlet and a liquid inlet being provided at the top of the casing, a rotating shaft being provided at the center of the casing and going through the top and the bottom of the casing, a plurality of rotors being installed in series on the rotating shaft and being arranged in layers from top to bottom, and a middle feed inlet being provided on the side of the casing and being communicated with zigzag channels. The rotor comprises a mobile disk fixed on the rotating shaft and an immobile disk fixed on the casing, A series of concentric mobile and immobile circular baffle-sheets are fitted on the mobile disk and the immobile disk respectively. The series of concentric mobile and immobile circular baffle-sheets with different diameters are arranged in staggered form to compose the zigzag channels, and the first passage is set at the downside of the rotor and the second passage is set at the center on the top of the rotor. The first and second passages are communicated with the zigzag channels, and the second passage on the top rotor in the casing is communicated with the gas outlet and the liquid inlet; the first passage of the bottom rotor in the casing is communicated with the gas inlet and the liquid outlet; the second passage of the other rotors is communicated with the first passage of the above rotor.

    摘要: A denoising method based on a multiscale distribution score for a point cloud includes: constructing a two-layer network model based on multiscale perturbation and point cloud distribution, where the two-layer network model includes a feature extraction module for extracting a feature of the point cloud and a displacement prediction module for predicting a displacement of a noise point; constructing a point cloud noise model for improving a denoising effect and retaining a sharp feature and avoiding reducing quality of point cloud data; extracting a global feature h by inputting the point cloud data into the feature extraction module; iteratively learning the displacement of the noise point by the displacement prediction module according to a feature obtained by the feature extraction unit; and defining a loss function of network training, and completing convergence under the condition that the loss function reaches a set threshold or a maximum number of iterations.
