摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing low-sulfur biodiesel. The method includes the following steps: subjecting raw crude oil to heat exchange, preheating, glycerol esterification reaction, flashing, cooling, transesterification, dealcoholization, sedimentation, and methyl ester rectification to obtain low-sulfur biodiesel up to the standard, where in the heat exchange process, the raw crude oil exchanges heat with flashed oil to recycle some heat, and glycerol and fatty acids in a distilled product subjected to flashing are reused for the glycerol esterification reaction; the dealcoholization process removes methanol in a system after the transesterification, and refined methanol recycled by methanol rectification is reused for the transesterification reaction; crude glycerol generated in the sedimentation process does not need to be treated and is directly used for glycerol rectification to obtain refined glycerol, and the refined glycerol is reused for the glycerol esterification reaction.

摘要: A novel method for catalytic dehydration of glycerol to acrolein is provided. A fixed bed reactor is used, which is placed in a microwave unit. The feedstock is introduced into the fixed bed reactor after being preheated and gasified. Continuous glycerol dehydration occurs in the presence of a microwave-absorbing catalyst in the fixed bed reactor to form acrolein. The microwave-absorbing catalyst is composed of an active component loaded on a core-shell structure which consists of microwave absorbent coated by an oxide. The uniformity of microwave heating can reduce the formation of hot spot during the reaction and hence improve the catalyst stability. The process and operation is simple, and the unit can steadily run for a long time.

摘要: A device for pyrolysis reactions includes a feeding pump, a flow meter, an atomizer, a pyrolysis reactor, electromagnetic coils, an electromagnetic induction heating power, a temperature sensor, a temperature controller, a condenser and a product tank. The feeding pump is connected with the flow meter which is connected to the inlet of the atomizer in the pyrolysis reactor. There is a port at the bottom of the pyrolysis reactor, with the port at the top of the pyrolysis reactor connected with the condenser. The condenser is connected with the product tank. The external wall of the pyrolysis reactor is surrounded by electromagnetic coils which are connected with the electromagnetic induction heating power. The temperature sensor is placed between the pyrolysis reactor and the coils, which is connected with the temperature controller. The contact resistance between the atomized material and the hot surface can be.

摘要: A device and a process for producing undecylenic acid methyl ester using methyl ricinoleate as raw material are provided. The device comprises a feed pump, a raw material pre-heater, a microwave catalytic reactor, a microwave generator, a temperature controller and an infrared sensor, a condenser, a product tank and a discharge pump. The feed pump is connected with the raw material pre-heater, which is connected with the inlet of the microwave catalytic reactor. The outlet of the microwave catalytic reactor is connected with the condenser, which is connected to the product tank and the discharge pump. The microwave catalytic reactor is located in the microwave generator, which is connected with the temperature controller and the infrared sensor. The process is as follows: high-purity methyl ricinoleate, used as the raw material, is converted to methyl undecene and heptaldehyde by microwave-assisted pyrolysis process, followed by isolation and purification to produce methyl undecene.
