    摘要: A method for operating a combined cycle power plant is disclosed, which has a gas turbine installation and a water-steam cycle connected to the gas turbine installation by a waste heat steam generator and has at least one steam turbine, the gas turbine installation includes a compressor, a combustion chamber, and a turbine. To cool the turbine, air compressed at the compressor is removed, cooled in at least one cooler flowed through by water, thus generating steam, and introduced into the turbine. At least with the gas turbine installation running, prior to or during the start-up of the water-steam cycle, waste heat, which is contained in the steam generated in the at least one cooler, is used to good effect for pre-heating the installation inside the combined cycle power plant.

A retaining insert is positioned within the recess and a wedge insert is positioned within a slot of the retaining insert, such that a pressure is applied to the retaining insert thereby deflecting the retaining insert into a pre-set radial position to prevent axial movement of the blade within the slot of the disk.

    摘要: A gas turbine is provided having a secondary combustion chamber and a first guide vane row of a low-pressure turbine, the row being arranged directly downstream of the chamber. The radially outer boundary of the secondary combustion chamber is formed by at least one outer wall segment, which is secured on at least one support element arranged radially outwardly. The flow path of the hot gases is bounded radially outwardly, in the region of the guide vane row, by an outer platform which is secured at least indirectly on at least one guide vane support. A substantially radially extending gap-shaped cavity having a width in the range of 1-25 mm in the axial direction in the inlet region is arranged between the wall segment and the outer platform. At least one step element, which reduces the width by at least 10% in at least one step, extending substantially perpendicularly to the direction of flow of the hot gas in the cavity, is arranged in the inlet region.

    摘要: A method for operating a gas turbine includes supplying fuel via at least one control valve regulated using an open-loop control system based on a predetermined load setpoint value. A valve stroke control command (scmd) is generated based on a fuel mass flow control command (mcmd) using a mass flow-valve stroke converter. The valve stroke control command (scmd) is compared with a valve stroke limit value (min{slim1, slim2}) using a variable pressure regulator. A load limit value is generated if the valve stroke control command (scmd) exceeds the valve stroke limit value (min{slim1, slim2}) to reduce the load setpoint value. Operation of the gas turbine is stabilized using a low limit value (xlim) of a pressure drop ratio (x), wherein the pressure drop ratio (x) is a quotient of a pressure drop (dp) which occurs at the control valve and of a pressure (p1) upstream of the control valve.

    摘要: The invention refers to an arrangement for sealing an open cavity against hot gas entrainment. The open cavity is arranged between two axially adjacent stationary components limiting radially a hot gas path of a rotary flow machine, of which at least the downstream component carries at least one airfoil extending radially into said hot gas path. A multitude of air jets is directed into the open cavity such that hot gas flowing over the open cavity is prevented from penetrating into the open cavity completely. The invention has an arrangement of supply conduits for air jets which are directed into the open cavity with a jet momentum such that hot gas is induced not to enter the open cavity and forming at least one hot gas vortex close to the hot gas path within the open cavity and preventing hot gas from penetrating into the open cavity beyond the extension of the hot gas vortex.

    摘要: A labyrinth seal impedes leakage flow though a gap between confronting static and moving parts in a turbomachine. The seal includes axially spaced and circumferentially extending sealing fins arranged in leakage flow series and projecting across the gap from at least one of the confronting parts into sealing proximity with the opposing confronting part. The fins have at least a distal portion that is curved or inclined in the upstream direction of the leakage flow to deflect the leakage flow in the upstream direction. Successive fins define chambers that accommodate recirculating vortices produced by the deflected leakage flow.
