    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may detect a trigger to initiate determination of a performance parameter for a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication procedure associated with a PDCP instance. The wireless communication device may receive packets of the PDCP instance via multiple radio link control (RLC) entities according to the PDCP duplication procedure. The wireless communication device may determine the performance parameter based at least in part on whether packets of the PDCP instance are successfully received via one or more RLC entities of the multiple RLC entities. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a report for one or more two-step random access channel (RACH) procedures between the UE and a base station (BS), wherein the RACH report includes at least one of an indication of a quantity of message A (MsgA) payloads transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures on each beam of one or more beams associated with the BS, an indication of one or more parameters associated with each MsgA communication transmitted during the one or more two-step RACH procedures, or an indication of whether a respective signal strength for each beam, associated with the one or more two-step RACH procedures, satisfies a signal strength threshold.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing feedback about radio link failure (RLF) events that includes information about directional beams. A user equipment (UE) may experience an RLF event and lose connectivity with a network. After the UE reestablish a radio resource control (RRC) connection with the network, the UE may transmit an RLF report that include information about directional beams, information about a master node and a secondary node in a dual-connectivity procedure, information associated conditional handover procedures, or information about service time interruptions, or a combination thereof. One or more base stations may be configured to transmit at least portions of the information in the RLF report to other base stations as part of a message that may be an example of an RLF indication or a handover report. The message may be transmitted over an X2 interface or an Xn interface.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication at a secondary node (SN), comprising determining to perform conditional primary SCG cell (PSCell) change (CPC) of a user equipment (UE) to one of a set of target primary SCG cells within the SN different from a current primary SCG cell. The implementations further include generating a secondary cell modification message including identification information for the set of target primary SCG cells for the CPC. Additionally, the implementations further include transmitting the secondary cell modification message including the identification information for the set of target primary SCG cells for the CPC to a master node (MN) associated with the UE. Additionally, the implementations further include receiving a response message from the MN indicating a confirmation or a rejection of the secondary cell modification message. Example method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication at the MN are included.
