Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for a network entity. The network entity receives an analytics request from a consumer, the analytics request indicating at least one analytic and determines one or more network data analytics functions (NWDAFs) for the analytics request based on the at least one analytic indicated in the analytics request. A consumer sends an analytics request to a network entity including one or more analytics identifiers. The consumer receives, from the network entity, a response to the analytics request including an analytics output from one or more NWDAFs based on the analytics identifier(s) included in the analytics request. An NWDAF sends an analytics identifier registration to a network entity indicating one or more analytics supported by the NWDAF. Then, the NWDAF receives an analytics request(s) from consumer(s) via the network entity based on the NWDAF supporting an analytic in the analytics request.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which paging messages may provide an indication of a service that caused the page, and a receiving user equipment (UE) may determine a paging response based on a UE status and the service that caused the page. The paging response may include ignoring the page, a paging response with a busy indication, or a paging response after a time delay, for example. The paging message may be received at an access stratum (AS) layer of the UE, and the AS layer may provide the paging message to a non-access stratum (NAS) layer along with the indication of the service that caused the page. The NAS layer may determine the paging response.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station associated with a first radio access network (RAN) may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, a paging message while the UE is operating in an inactive or idle mode on the first RAN and while the UE is operating in a connected mode on a second RAN. The UE may transmit a response rejecting the paging message to the base station associated with the first RAN, and the response may include information that causes the base station to release the UE to the inactive or idle mode. Accordingly, the base station may transmit, to the UE, a radio resource control message that includes information to release the UE to the inactive or idle mode on the first RAN. Numerous other aspects are provided.

The 5GC may additionally generate a RAT/frequency selection priority (RFSP) index for the UE, giving priority to the voice domain preference and/or the RAT preference of the UE. Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for reducing delays associated with an attachment procedure are disclosed. In accordance with the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) may initiate an attachment procedure with a network over a non-access stratum (NAS) layer and detect a condition that may delay completion of the attachment. Based on the detection, the UE may determine whether the condition may be resolved before failure in the attachment procedure. If the UE determines that the condition can be resolved before attachment failure, the UE may suspend a timer associated with the attachment procedure at the NAS layer to allow more time for the UE to complete an authentication associated with the attachment. Conversely, if the UE determines that the condition cannot be resolved before attachment failure, the UE may abort the attachment procedure with the network and initiate a fallback attachment procedure with the network via a different base station.
