    Abstract: An uplink control information transmission method and a device. The method includes obtaining a first modulation and coding scheme offset value used to multiplex first uplink control information on a physical uplink shared channel, where the first modulation and coding scheme offset value is less than 1, and mapping, according to the first modulation and coding scheme offset value, the first uplink control information to a resource for the physical uplink shared channel, to transmit the first uplink control information to a network device using the resource for the physical uplink shared channel.

    Abstract: This application provides an uplink information sending method, including: determining, based on a transmission direction of a transmission resource and a preset grant-free transmission resource, a grant-free transmission resource used for uplink transmission, where the transmission resource includes the grant-free transmission resource; and sending uplink information on the grant-free transmission resource used for uplink transmission. According to the method, the grant-free transmission resource used for uplink transmission may be a subset of the preset grant-free transmission resource or may be a resource determined based on a location of the preset grant-free transmission resource. In either case, the grant-free transmission resource used for uplink transmission belongs to the transmission resource whose transmission direction is uplink transmission direction.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. A terminal receives from a network device, first indication information indicating N sets of information of feedback time, each of the N sets comprises at least one piece of information of feedback time, each of the at least one piece of information of feedback time indicates a quantity of time units comprised in a feedback time of a data block. The terminal receives downlink control information (DCI) from the network device, wherein the DCI comprises second indication information indicating first information of feedback time of the data block, and the first information of feedback time belongs to a first set of information of feedback time, and the first set is one of the N sets. The terminal sends the response message for the data block to the network device based on the second indication information and the first indication information.

    Abstract: A system and method for multiplexing traffic. A wireless device such as a user equipment (UE) may receive a first signal over first resources assigned to carry a first downlink transmission from a base station, and receive a first downlink control indication (DCI) message from the base station. The first DCI message may include a pre-emption region (PR) indication and a PR bitmap, and the PR indication may indicate a location of a time-frequency region. The PR bitmap may include bits associated with different portions of the time-frequency region, and each of the bits in the PR bitmap may indicate whether a preemptive downlink transmission is present in the corresponding portion of the time-frequency region.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method. The method includes: sending, by a network device, first indication information, where the first indication information includes N bits, the N bits are corresponding to M time units, the M time units are corresponding to at least one time length, a value of each bit is used to indicate whether a corresponding time unit is used to transmit data of a terminal device, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and sending, by the network device, downlink data in a time unit that is used to transmit the data of the terminal device, where the time unit is indicated by the N bits. Therefore, a unified time domain resource indication manner can be used in different scenarios to reduce complexity of a signaling design.

    Abstract: In a data receiving method, a terminal receives first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a target frequency domain position. The terminal determines a first time-frequency resource based on a time domain position of a control resource set and the target frequency domain position, where a frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource is the same as the target frequency domain position.
