    Abstract: This application provides example resource configuration methods. One example method includes receiving configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information includes at least a first SRS resource set and a second SRS resource set, and usage of each SRS resource set includes beam management and antenna switch. Each SRS resource in the first SRS resource set can be sent by using a first antenna group, and each SRS resource in the second SRS resource set can be sent by using a second antenna group.

    Abstract: This application discloses a measurement and reporting method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that a channel resource and an interference resource conflict with a CORESET resource when SINR measurement is performed. The method includes: receiving measurement configuration information from a network device, where the measurement configuration information is used to configure a channel resource and an interference resource; and when the channel resource and the interference resource meet a preset condition, the channel resource and the interference resource are configured on OFDM symbols other than an OFDM symbol occupied by a CORESET; and performing measurement based on the configured channel resource and interference resource, the CORESET is shunned when the channel resource and the interference resource are configured, to avoid a problem that the channel resource, the interference resource, and the CORESET cannot be correctly received because the channel resource and the interference resource conflict with the CORESET resource.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining a status of an antenna panel. A terminal receives configuration information including at least one downlink signal resource set. When determining that a first antenna panel corresponding to a first downlink signal resource set is turned on, the terminal measures quality of a resource in the first downlink signal resource set by using the first antenna panel, and sends first feedback information. The first feedback information may indicate the quality of the resource in the first downlink signal resource set. When the first antenna panel is turned off, the terminal skips measuring the quality of the resource in the first downlink signal resource set, and sends second feedback information. The second feedback information is used to indicate that the first antenna panel is turned off.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a resource configuration method, apparatus, and system. A network device sends a resource configuration of a physical uplink control channel PUCCH used for beam failure recovery to a terminal device, where the resource configuration of the PUCCH includes a corresponding transmit beam of the PUCCH. When detecting a beam failure event, the terminal device sends a transmit beam failure recovery request to the network device based on the resource configuration of the PUCCH and a corresponding periodicity of the PUCCH. The periodicity of the PUCCH may be configured by the network device, or may be a preset periodicity. According to the configuration manner of the PUCCH resource used for beam failure recovery in the embodiments of this application, the terminal device can flexibly and effectively perform beam failure recovery.
