In a preferred embodiment, the service is scrambled content and the system server provides a descrambling key to the client, and instructs a content server to provide the scrambled content to the client.     摘要： The invention relates to a device for preventing illegal exportation of a content protected by a global copy protection system to a local copy protection system. According to the invention, each content liable to be exported contains a unique identifier and the device comprises a table for storing unique identifiers of all contents that have already been exported through said device. The invention also relates to a method for recording a content received by such a device. This method comprises the steps consisting, if the copy is to be made for a local copy protection system, in checking whether the unique identifier of said content is contained in the table of said device; and should said checking be positive, in preventing the recording; andshould said checking be negative, in recording the content and storing said unique identifier in said table.

    摘要： Reader for smart cards comprising a supply for the circuits of the card, a means of controlling information exchanges between the card and the reader and an input for digital signals from a pay-television system. The means of control comprises a first microcontroller which receives the digital signals and which controls a second microcontroller which itself controls the exchange of information with the card and delivers power supply control signals as a function of the information received from the card. The outputs from the first microcontroller are at a fixed potential during the resets and the outputs from the second microcontroller are at a floating potential during the resets. A port enables the first microcontroller to control the power supply during the resets.

    摘要： A receiver receives digital content scrambled using a control word and a user code for the scrambled content. A user inputs the user code that is forwarded to a code extractor that generates the control word and a user identifier from it. The control word is sent to a descrambler, a watermark information generator and a visible watermark insertion unit. The descrambler descrambles the scrambled content using the control word, an invisible watermark insertion unit inserts invisible watermark information obtained from the watermark information generator into the descrambled content and the visible watermark insertion unit inserts the user identifier as a visible watermark. Also provided are a corresponding method for processing digital content and a method and a device for generating the user code.
