摘要: A computer-implemented method for locating possible artifacts in a virtually stained histology image, which was obtained from an initial histology image, is provided. In the method, at least one further image is generated on the basis of the virtually stained histology image or the initial histology image. The differences between the at least one further image and the virtually stained histology image are determined when the at least one further image has been generated on the basis of the initial histology image or the differences between the at least one further image and the initial histology image are determined when the at least one further image has been generated on the basis of the virtually stained histology image, and a mapping from the determined differences to their positions in the virtually stained histology image is created. The positions in the virtually stained histology image represent the positions of possible artifacts.

摘要: A screen (3) for an HMD (1) is provided, and may be designed as a display screen or as a projection screen. The screen (3) comprises a layer (19) of a material with a switchable degree of transparency and at least one further switchable layer (17, 21, 23) which, in dependence on the switching state, can assume at least two physical states, the physical states differently influencing at least one optical property of light passing through the switchable layer or reflected by it.

摘要: A method for acquiring data with the aid of a surgical microscopy system comprises recording a data set having a multiplicity of images and deciding whether or not the new data set ought to be stored in a data memory of a database. The decision is taken by an existing classifier. A new classifier is determined on the basis of training data which comprise the data sets stored in the data memory of the database and/or comprise data obtained from the data sets stored in the data memory of the database. The new classifier is then used instead of the existing classifier when deciding whether a subsequently recorded new data set ought to be stored.

摘要: A scanning image generation apparatus is provided and includes an image information acquisition unit for scanning grid points of an object and for acquiring, on the basis of the scanned grid points, items of image information that represent an image. An evaluation unit has a software routine for evaluating at least some of the items of image information and for classifying the items of image information as usable or unusable on the basis of the evaluation. The apparatus also includes a release unit which enables an image recording if the evaluated items of image information are classified as usable by the evaluation unit. The scanning image generation apparatus moreover includes a memory with at least one quality profile stored thereon. The quality profile contains a person-specific software routine for evaluating and classifying the items of image information. The software routine is loadable into the evaluation unit.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for increasing a training data volume for a machine learning system for determining an initial refractive power value for an intraocular lens to be inserted is described. The method includes measuring a group of ophthalmological biometry data of a patient and determining an initial refractive power value for the intraocular lens to be inserted by a trained machine learning system. The measured ophthalmological biometry data and a postoperative target refraction value are used as input data for the trained machine learning system. The method also includes measuring a postoperative refractive results value, assigning the postoperative refractive results value to the measured ophthalmological biometry data of the patient, and determining an importance indicator value for the new training data record.
