    Abstract: A display substrate includes a substrate (10) that is divided into a plurality of subpixel areas, a drive transistor (20) and a photodetector (30) in each of the plurality of subpixel areas, and an insulation layer (40) on the photodetector (30). The drive transistor (20) includes an electrode layer that includes a source electrode (21) and a drain electrode (22). The photodetector (30) is coupled to one of the source electrode (21) and the drain electrode (22). An entirety of an orthographic projection of the insulation layer (40) on the substrate is inside an orthographic projection of the electrode layer on the substrate (10).

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing a display panel. The display panel includes a pixel unit. The pixel unit includes a plurality of sub-pixel units. Each of the plurality of sub-pixel units includes at least one transparent film layer. Each of the plurality of sub-pixel units is divided into a light-emitting area and a light-transmitting area, and the quantity of the transparent film layer in the light-transmitting area is smaller than the quantity of the transparent film layer in the light-emitting area.

    Abstract: A thin-film transistor, method of manufacturing the same, and a display apparatus are provided. The thin-film transistor includes a first active layer, a source, a drain, a gate, and a second active layer, the source, the drain, the gate are disposed on the first active layer with spacing, the gate is located between the source and the drain, the second active layer is disposed on the gate, the source, and the drain, the source and the drain are both respectively connected to the first active layer and the second active layer, and the gate is respectively insulated from the first active layer, the second active layer, the source, and the drain. When a voltage is applied to the gate, the source and the drain may be conducting via the first and second active layer. Therefore, a larger current may flow between the source and the drain.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an array substrate having a plurality of subpixel areas. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of first thin film transistors on the base substrate, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas; and a plurality of capacitor electrodes, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas. Each of the plurality of first thin film transistors includes a first active layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode, and a first drain electrode. The first active layer includes a first semi-conductive channel part, a first conductive part electrically connected to the first drain electrode, and a second conductive part electrically connected to the first source electrode. Each of the plurality of capacitor electrodes, the insulating layer, and the first conductive part constitute a first storage capacitor in one of the plurality of subpixel areas.

    Abstract: An OLED plate comprises: a substrate; a plurality of OLED devices, disposed on one side of the substrate and located in the display area; and an auxiliary cathode, disposed on the one side of the substrate and at least located in the peripheral area. Each of the OLED devices includes a reflective anode, an organic material functional layer and a transparent cathode disposed in a direction distal from the substrate in sequence. A portion of the auxiliary cathode located in the peripheral area is electrically connected to transparent cathodes of the plurality of OLED devices, and resistivity of the auxiliary cathode is less than resistivity of a transparent cathode of the plurality of OLED devices.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel includes a cover plate and a back plate. The cover plate includes a cover plate glass on which three color films of R, G and B are formed. The cover plate includes an insulating cover layer covering the cover plate glass. The cover plate includes a BM area formed over the insulating cover layer and defining a pixel area. The cover plate includes a spacer pillar formed in the BM area. The cover plate includes an auxiliary cathode formed over the spacer pillar and the insulating cover layer. The back plate includes: an active layer array; a planarization layer formed on the active layer array, having a boss corresponding to the pixel area; and an OLED device formed on the boss.
