Abstract: A display apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided. The display apparatus includes: a light guide module comprising a light incident region and a light emergent region; a display module, arranged corresponding to the light incident region of the light guide module and configured to display images; and a liquid crystal lens with a plurality of adjustable focal lengths, arranged between the display module and the light guide module and corresponding to the light incident region of the light guide module, and configured to form virtual images with different depths of field for the images displayed on the display module. The light guide module is configured to guide light exited from the liquid crystal lens to propagate in a direction from the light incident region to the light emergent region within the light guide module.

The display device includes: a first substrate; a light guide plate opposite to the first substrate; a grating layer including gratings, on the light guide plate and at a side of the light guide plate facing towards the first substrate, wherein each grating corresponds to one pixel; and a light source at a lateral surface of the light guide plate parallel to a light emergent direction of the display device, wherein the light source includes monochromatic light emitting components and an optical component, lights of different colors emitted by the monochromatic light emitting components are incident into, via the optical component, the light guide plate at different incident angles and are emergent from the gratings, and the incident angles are greater than a total reflection angle of the light guide plate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, a display device and a display method. The display panel includes a substrate and several pixel units formed on the substrate. The pixel unit includes a monochromatic electroluminescent component, which is disposed on the substrate; a rotating mechanism, which includes a bracket and a diaphragm set disposed on the bracket, the diaphragm set comprising diaphragms with at least two different colors; and a micro-electromechanical controller, which is connected to the bracket to control rotation of the bracket, so as to control an orthographic projection of the diaphragm on the substrate to at least partially overlap with an orthographic projection of the monochromatic electroluminescent component on the substrate, such that a light emitted by the monochromatic electroluminescent component permeates through the diaphragms of different colors, and emits a light corresponding to the colors of the diaphragms.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a lower substrate and an upper substrate cell-assembled together; a light-emitting control layer disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; and a plurality of pixel units defined by a plurality of data lines and gate lines intersected with each other. Each pixel unit includes a plurality of subpixel areas. One or more side surfaces of the lower substrate are configured to receive incidence of the collimated light. The light-emitting control layer is configured to control the light-emitting directions and the light-emitting colors of the subpixel areas, to allow the light-emitting directions of the subpixel areas toward the central portion of the display panel. The light-emitting control layer is also configured to control the display grayscale of the subpixel areas.
