摘要: A carbon nanotube (CNT) assembled thin film modified steel wire array electrode, a preparation method and application thereof. The array electrode includes: a surface of a steel wire is negatively modified, and the surface of the steel wire is assembled with a plurality of layers of CNT thin films; one end of the steel wire is welded to a conductor, and a welding position between the steel wire and the conductor is wrapped with an insulating heat shrinkable tube; and the insulating template and the steel wire are encapsulated and cured by using an epoxy resin. The preparation method of the array electrode of the invention mainly includes the following steps: first, performing negative modification on a steel wire, then, assembling CNT thin films on the steel wire, and preparing the modified array steel wire into the CNT assembled thin film modified steel wire array electrode.

摘要: A method for preparing a ratiometric electrochemical miR3123 aptasensor based on a copper-based metal-organic framework (Cu-MOF) composite doped with black phosphorus nanosheets (BPNSs) and thionine (TH) is provided. TH/Cu-MOF is prepared by reacting TH with Cu-MOF precursor, and BPNSs/TH/Cu-MOF is prepared by drop coating the BPNSs and drop coated onto an electrode. A ferrocene (Fc)-labeled single-stranded DNA aptamer is adsorbed on the BPNSs to prepare aptamer-BPNSs/TH/Cu-MOF. Target molecule miR3123 is bonded with the single-stranded DNA aptamer Fc-DNA, Fc-DNA is forced to escape from the BPNSs. Electrochemical signals of Fc are, therefore, weakened while TH signals are slightly affected. The ratiometric electrochemical miR3123 aptasensor is constructed by fitting a linear relationship between peak current intensity ratios IFc/ITH and concentrations of the miR3123.

摘要: Two photoelectric circuit sets each have a light source, two light switches, optical fibers, photoelectric sensor and computer. The light source emits visible light to the first switch, which is continuously deflected and reflected by a torsional micro-mirror. The light respectively irradiates each of the optical fibers in a composite material optical fiber prepreg layer. If the material is normal, the optical fiber is not damaged, the visible light passes through the optical fiber and irradiates the second switch, and is continuously deflected and reflected by a second torsional micro-mirror, the light irradiates the photoelectric sensor. The sensor outputs an electric signal to the computer. If the material is damaged, the optical fiber here is damaged, another corresponding optical fiber path at an intersection point is also damaged without electric signal output. The computer gives breaking position coordinates at the intersection point of two paths of optical fiber arrays.

摘要: An electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) probe is based on trititanium dicarbide two-dimensional (2D) metal carbide catalyzed luminol and a preparation method. The biosensor includes the probe and the electrode of the biosensor, wherein the probe includes the Ti3C2 MXenes nanosheets, a linker molecule and a bio-recognition molecule 1; the Ti3C2 MXenes nanosheets are linked with the linker molecule by electrostatic adsorption; the linker molecule is linked with the bio-recognition molecule 1 by an amide group, contains a primary or secondary amine group, and presents positive potential in water; the bio-recognition molecule 1 is a single-stranded DNA sequence 1 having a carboxyl group at the 5′ end, and a CD63 protein on exosomes is recognized by the single-stranded DNA sequence 1. It was found for the first time that Ti3C2 MXenes can improve the ECL signal of luminol, the Ti3C2 MXenes could be applicable to the ECL probe.

摘要: A cylindrical sleeve-type steel-wood composite joint includes fiberglass reinforced panel (FRP) cylindrical wood columns, X-shaped wood beams, a key connecting component, arc connecting pieces and splicing outer ring plates. 摘要: An energy-supply rotary inertia driver system for an offshore platform includes an annular fixed plate, an active control module, a wind power generation module and a solar power generation module. The system can monitor a motion state of the offshore platform in real time, and can generate a force through the active control module if necessary to apply a force torque of the offshore platform to further achieve the vibration suppression. Moreover, when the offshore platform is under normal operation, the system can act as an energy supply device via wind and solar power generation to feed electric energy to the active control module and other electrical equipment on the offshore platform when needed.

摘要: A prefabricated steel-wood composite joint includes square pipe columns, steel-wood composite beams, and a beam-column connecting assembly for connecting the square pipe columns and the steel-wood composite beams. Each square pipe column includes connecting corner columns and connecting side plates. Each steel-wood composite beam includes a top flange, a bottom flange and wood webs for connecting the top flange and the bottom flange. By a special structural design, the composite joint realizes effective beam-column connection without a welded connection and a bolted connection and has tenacity and good seismic performance. The components of the composite joint can be prefabricated in a factory, are high in precision and are assembled on site, so that construction is easy and convenient, procedures are simplified, and the construction period is effectively shortened.
