    摘要: Method starts with processing, by processor, receiving audio signal of communication session between member-related client device and agent client device. Processor processes audio signal to generate caller utterances, each including audio caller utterance and transcribed caller utterance. Caller utterances includes first and second caller utterances. For each of the plurality of caller utterances, processor generates relationship data based on transcribed caller utterance, generates identified task based on transcribed caller utterance, and generates task completion probability result based on audio caller utterance, relationship data, and identified task, and stores the task completion probability result in a database. Processor computes agent action ranking score that is based on difference between task completion probability result of first caller utterance and task completion probability result of second caller utterance that precedes first caller utterance. Processor generates agent action result including the agent action ranking score. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.

    摘要: An event processing system is provided for providing resilient message processing using asynchronous communications. The event processing device includes a processor and a memory. The event processing device is in communication with a publisher microservice and subscriber microservices. The processor is configured to receive an event including a collection of data from the publisher microservice. The processor is also configured to process the event to identify a recipient microservice. The processor is configured to update a queue with a queue entry for each of the at least one recipient microservices for the event. Each queue entry is associated with a priority. The processor is also configured to attempt to transmit the event to each of the at least one recipient microservices until a transmission confirmation message is received. The processor is further configured to update the queue by removing the queue entry for which the transmission confirmation message is received.

    摘要: A computer system for improving a user interface (UI) is disclosed. The system includes a reinforcement module that obtains (i) a shortest path to a goal in the UI and (ii) user interaction experiments; a distance module that determines a reinforcement distance for each page of the UI based on the user interaction experiments; and a step analysis module that determines a count of times that user interaction experiments indicate a deviation from each step of the shortest path. The determination is based on the determined reinforcement distance for the page of the UI associated with the step. The reinforcement module is configured to, in response to determining that a step requires reinforcement, generate a reinforcement for the step. Generating the reinforcement includes at least one of generating a prompt for an action associated with the step and altering a UI element associated with the step.

    摘要: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses a packing device to package pharmaceutical orders. The packing device is configured with at least one cutter that generates tailings and dust. A tailing collection device is provided that collects the tailings and dust generated by the packing device into and through an intake tube and into a collection assembly. The collection assembly includes a hood with at least one air filter, a frame, and a bin removably received within the frame. The frame supports the hood and aligns the bin to be in fluid communication with the hood. A gas motive device is positioned intermediate the ends of an intake tub before the hood and is configured to suction the tailings and/or dust.

    摘要: Methods and systems for maintaining pharmacy provider networks are described. In one embodiment, claims adjudication data associated with a member and a prescribed drug is accessed. The prescribed drug associated with the member is classified as one of an acute medication and a maintenance medication. A pharmacy provider network is associated with the prescribed drug based on, at least in part, classifying the prescribed drug. It is determined if a pharmacy associated with the claims adjudication data is included within the pharmacy provider network associated with the prescribed drug. A pharmacy claim may be adjudicated for the prescribed drug based on the claim and the pharmacy provider network. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.
