摘要： An airbag device includes an airbag, a blocking member that can adjust an exhaust hole of the airbag to a blocked state and an opened state, a coupling member, and a holding and releasing unit, which maintains a state of blocking the exhaust hole by holding the coupling member. When the holding and releasing unit releases the holding of the coupling member, the blocking member inverts in such a way as to be fed out from an inner peripheral face side of the airbag to an outer peripheral face side through the exhaust hole owing to being pressed by inflating gas, and causes inflating gas to be discharged from a through hole formed between leading end regions of outer peripheral edges of a first panel portion and a second panel portion in the blocking member and a communication hole communicating with the exhaust hole.

摘要： The far side airbag system has an airbag which is deployed and inflated between adjacent vehicle seats arranged side-by-side in the width direction when an impact is detected against one of a pair of side wall portions of the vehicle. The airbag includes an upper inflation portion having a portion deployed and inflated on a lateral side of a head portion of an occupant seated in the vehicle seat on a side farther from the specific side wall portion, and a lower inflation portion in which a portion including at least a lower end of the lower inflation portion is deployed and inflated between a console box arranged between the adjacent vehicle seats and the occupant. In the upper inflation portion, the portion positioned on the lateral side of the head portion is deployed and inflated such that a dimension in the width direction increases toward a front side.

The apparatus 1 comprises a container portion 2 receiving water W; a photocatalyst member 3 immersed in the water, having photocatalyst which generates excited electrons and positive holes when irradiated with light, causes a decomposition reaction of the water and generates hydrogen gas; a light source 4 emitting the light irradiated to the photocatalyst member; and a heat exchange device 7 conducting waste heat of the light source to the water in the container portion; wherein the water to be decomposed on the photocatalyst member in the container portion is warmed by the waste heat of the light source by the heat exchange device.
