    摘要: A line sensor apparatus comprises a rod lens array in which a plurality of rod lenses are arrayed in a first direction, a line sensor substrate including a line sensor which receives light from the rod lens array, a pair of inner supporting members configured to support the line sensor substrate, a transmitter substrate including a transmitter which transfers data based on the light detected by the line sensor, and an outer supporting member configured to support the pair of inner supporting members and the transmitter substrate, wherein the pair of inner supporting members are arranged on two side surfaces of the rod lens array in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

    摘要: An image sensor unit includes: a light source; a rod-shaped light guide; a light condenser that condenses light from an illuminated object; and a frame. The frame includes: a light guide housing chamber that houses the light guide; a light condenser housing chamber that houses the light condenser; and a partition wall provided between the light guide housing chamber and the light condenser housing chamber. The light guide includes: a light incident surface that receives light emitted by the light source; a light diffusing surface that diffuses the light entered from the light incident surface; and an abutment surface abutted to one side of the partition wall, which covers at least a part of the abutment surface of the light guide, where an incident angle to the abutment surface of the light directly reaching the abutment surface from the light diffusing surface is smaller than a critical angle.

    摘要: An image sensor unit includes a reflection reading light guide that emits light from a reflection reading light source toward the bill, a transmission reading light guide that emits light from a transmission reading light source toward the bill, an imaging element that focuses light from the bill, and a light receiving element that receives light that is collected by the imaging element. The transmission reading light source and the transmission reading light guide are disposed on the opposite side of a conveyance path through which the bill can pass, for the reflection reading light source and the reflection reading light guide, and a light blocking member that blocks a part of the light from the reflection reading light guide is disposed between the reflection reading light guide and the transmission reading light guide.

    摘要: An image sensor using three-color, e.g., R, G, and B light-emitting elements assures a period in which all the three colors are turned on and periods in each of which one light-emitting element is turned off during a scan period per pixel, and integrates and measures amounts of light of the respective periods. An amount of light based on the OFF light-emitting element is calculated based on a difference between the amounts of light during the full light-ON period and each light-OFF period to define an amount of light of the light-emitting element, and light intensity information corresponding to each light-emitting element is obtained based on a total amount of light during the entire scan period per pixel, and the amount of light of each light-emitting element.

    摘要: An image sensor unit includes a reflection reading light source that illuminates a bill, a substrate on which the reflection reading light source is mounted, a reflection reading light guide that guides the light emitted by the reflection reading light source to the bill, a rod-lens array that focuses the light from the bill, a light receiving element that receives the light from the rod-lens array, a sensor substrate on which the light receiving element is mounted, and a frame that houses the substrate, the reflection reading light guide, the rod-lens array and the sensor substrate. The sensor substrate has a passage hole and is disposed closer to the bill than the substrate. The frame is disposed with the reflection reading light guide inserted into the passage hole, so that the light from the reflection reading light source reaches the bill through the passage hole.
