Abstract: Aspects presented herein may provide various power saving techniques and features for network nodes by configuring different power saving modes for the network nodes. Aspects presented herein may enable a network node to transmit SSBs less frequently to reduce an amount of power utilized. In one aspect, a base station configures a plurality of SSB Tx periodicities associated with a plurality of ES modes. The base station transmits an indication of the plurality of SSB Tx periodicities associated with the plurality of ES modes. The base station transmits one or more SSBs based on one of the plurality of SSB Tx periodicities associated with one of the plurality of ES modes.

Abstract: Techniques for using simultaneous connectivity for mobility of integrated access and backhaul nodes may include an IAB node establishing a first connection with a first parent node (e.g., second IAB node) associated with a first IAB donor device (e.g., first base station) and establishing a second connection with a second parent node (third IAB node), wherein the second connection is simultaneous with the first connection. The IAB node may also switch the first connection from the first parent node to the second parent node. In doing so, the IAB node may have dual connectivity with the second parent node, where one connection is a master connection and the other connection is a secondary connection.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a wireless node (e.g., gNB or UE) transmits, to a UE, a grant of a set of resources for a first communication between the UE and the wireless node. The wireless node further transmits, to the UE, a conditional grant associated with a set of conditional parameters for a second communication that overrides the grant for some or all of a subset of the set of resources. The UE and/or the wireless node detects a triggering event or an indication of the triggering event for triggering the conditional grant with at least one conditional parameter of the set of conditional parameters. The UE and the wireless node perform the second communication in accordance with the at least one conditional parameter on some or all of the subset of resources based on the detection.
