    摘要: There is provided a stepping motor including: a stator assembly; a rotary shaft which includes a lead screw portion and a plain portion with a rotor magnet disposed thereon, and which has both ends thereof rotatably supported by respective bearings; and a thrust mechanism which includes a resilient member provided in a recess formed at one end of the rotary shaft positioned toward the lead screw portion, and adapted to give an axial thrust force to the rotary shaft, and a point-contact member provided between the resilient member and one bearing of the respective bearings, the one bearing rotatably supporting the one end of the rotary shaft positioned toward the lead screw portion. Thus, the thrust mechanism is located out of and apart from the stator assembly which includes coils to radiate heat, and therefore is prevented from suffering influences from the heat radiated by the coils.

The steering shaft bearing assembly includes a bearing (108) having a bore (112) adapted to receive the steering shaft and a support body (120) having an outer surface (124) and a passageway (126) passing through the support body. The bearing is at least partially disposed in the passageway so as to be suspended by the support body in the passageway in a predetermined position. The support body comprises a flexible material for permitting the bearing to move from the predetermined position. About 50% or more of the outer surface of the support body is free of a rigid support structure for restricting movement of the support body when coupled to the vehicle during operation.

    摘要: A rolling bearing defines a separation between an oil enclosure and an air enclosure. The bearing includes rolling elements defining a first side opening and a second side opening, and includes an annular junction piece having an annular contact surface with the structural piece. An oil film is disposed at the annular contact surface between the structural piece and the junction piece and is laterally defined by at least two sealing rings. A sealing device covers at least part of the first side opening. A first oil circulation device feeds the oil film with oil and feeds the rolling elements beside the oil enclosure with oil from the oil film. A second oil circulation device, independent of the first, recovers the oil used for lubricating the rolling elements and is arranged in such a manner as to avoid oil flowing towards the air enclosure.

    摘要: A bearing system for a turbocharger shaft includes an elongated bearing carrier with two anti-friction ball bearings mounted in its ends and with a radially extending flange at one end that cooperates with stationary housing portions and carries thrust loads of the rotor in both directions. The elongated bearing carrier is supported within the housing by axially spaced elastic supports which permit the rotating assembly to rotate about its mass center and provide a shock and vibration cushion. The elongated bearing carrier and housing cooperate to provide a coolant cavity which communicates with the outside periphery of the elongated bearing carrier between the axially spaced elastic supports, which also act as coolant seals between the elongated bearing cavity and the bearing housing.

    摘要: A bearing supporting structure includes a bearing sleeve provided on a motor stator unit for supporting a bearing therein and a coil therearound. The bearing sleeve is provided on an inner wall surface near an outer end thereof with radially inward projected stoppers, and split at an inner end to provide a plurality of spaced segments having a certain elasticity, each of which is provided at a lower inner surface with a radially inward projected flange having an inclined side surface. The bearing is moved through the flanges into the bearing sleeve to stably position therein between the stoppers and the flanges, so that the bearing may be quickly and easily removed from the bearing sleeve via the elastic segments without the need of moving the coil externally mounted around the bearing sleeve.

    摘要: A hydrodynamic bearing device comprises a shaft bush having a substantially conical inclined dynamic pressure surface around the outer circumference thereof which is relatively rotatably inserted in a bearing sleeve having a substantially conical inclined dynamic pressure surface around the inner circumference thereof. A substantially conical inclined bearing space is created in the gap between the inclined dynamic pressure surfaces of the bearing sleeve and shaft bush. Lubricant fluid is filled inside the inclined bearing space. A proper dynamic pressure generating means is formed on at least one of the inclined dynamic pressure surfaces of the shaft bush and bearing sleeve. The lubricant fluid is pressurized by the dynamic pressure generating means to generate dynamic pressure, by which the shaft bush and the bearing sleeve are relatively elevated in the radial and thrust directions so that their rotations are supported in a non-contact manner. A fluid sealing portion is provided in the inclined bearing space to prevent the lubricant fluid from leaking outside of the inclined bearing space. A fluid pressurizing means is provided between the inclined bearing space and the fluid sealing portion to pressurize the lubricant fluid in the direction to push it toward the inside of the inclined bearing space.
