摘要: Films, sheets or profiles useful as optical reflectors may be prepared by extruding a melt-processable acrylic resin composition comprised of acrylic polymer, white pigment and, optionally one or more additives such as impact modifiers, matting agents, UV stabilizers, antioxidants and processing additives onto a layer of ABS, acrylic or other thermoplastic. Alternatively, a monolithic film or sheet or profile useful as an optical reflector is obtained by forming the acrylic resin composition using a melt-processing technique such as extrusion or injection molding without a substrate layer.

摘要: Techniques and architecture are disclosed for horticultural lighting systems and devices, such as a light module assembly. The assembly includes a housing with a first and second light module attached thereto. The first and second light modules include a mounting block to be received in the housing. The mounting block includes a plurality of light sources to generate light to stimulate growth of a plant. The first light module includes a first removable lens to focus light from the light sources to a first portion of the plant and in a first direction relative to the plant. The second light module includes an optical conduit attached thereto. The conduit is to focus light from the light sources to a second portion of the plant and in a second direction different from the first direction. The assembly transmits light to an upper portion and a lower portion of the plant.

摘要: Disclosed is an LED filament lamp using infrared radiation heat dissipation and an LED lighting bar thereof. The LED filament lamp includes a bulb shell, a core base with an exhaust pipe, a driver, a lamp cap, and at least one LED lighting bar with 2π light-emitting LED chip. The bulb shell and the core base are in vacuum sealing to form a vacuum sealed cavity filled with high heat conductivity gas; the LED lighting bar is located in the vacuum sealed cavity; one side of which is provided with a light-emitting layer of the LED chip, and the other side is provided with an infrared radiation converting layer; both ends of the LED lighting bar are fixed to the core base through a metal wire and connected to the driver; and the driver and the lamp cap are connected in series through an outer electrode leading-out wire.

摘要: An outdoor area LED lighting system including: a housing containing a large array of LEDs mounted to an aluminum direct thermal path printed circuit board and a single lens. The large array of LEDs are capable of producing light rays directed through the single lens to produce a beam of light to illuminate the outdoor area. The single lens is preferably a Fresnel lens. The housing is preferably capable of being sealed in a weather-tight manner. A second housing may at least partially surround the first housing such that at least one air passage is provided between the first housing and the second housing. A heat sink including a heat block in thermal communication with a plurality of heat tubes and fin assemblies may be in partial thermal contact with the LED module and in fluid communication with the at least one air passage. At least one fan may be provided in or in fluid communication with said at least one air passage to cool the heat sink. A digital interface may connect the LED module to a host computer to monitor and track information and trending for statistical process control.

摘要: An optical apparatus includes a structured light generation unit, a conversion lens module, a collimating lens and a casing. The structured light generation unit outputs a structured light. The light beams from the structured light generation unit are expanded by the conversion lens module. The expanded light beams are collimated by the collimating lens. After the light beams pass through the conversion lens module and the collimating lens, the light beams are projected to a projection surface. Consequently, a structured light pattern is formed on the projection surface. All conversion lenses of the conversion lens module have negative optical power. Consequently, the area of the structured light pattern on the projection surface is wider. Moreover, the structured light generation unit and the conversion lens module can be accommodated within the casing having a smaller thickness.

摘要: A back lit artwork frame provides an illuminated frame for hanging an item of artwork. The frame includes a channel that receives a plurality of LED lights and a diffuser that directs light emitted by the LEDs to the lateral sides of the frame. In some embodiments the light is directed towards a wall surface. In other embodiments the light is reflected outwardly from the wall. The backlit frame includes a controller which may regulate the intensity, color, pulse and other behaviors of the lighting. The LED lighting may also operate in response to an audio input. The controller may communicate with an app on a mobile device.

摘要: Implementations of the present disclosure provide an adapter for use in a processing chamber. In one implementation, the adapter comprises a hollow body having a first end and a second end opposing the first end, a first block and a second block symmetrically disposed within the hollow body about a longitudinal axis of the body, wherein the first block and the second block define a central opening therebetween, and a retention device disposed in contact with the first and second blocks to confine the movement of the first and second blocks with respect to the hollow body. The central opening is sized so that the first block and the second block provide direct contact with a press seal of the lamp.
