    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for producing an α-fluoroacrylic acid ester compound. This problem is solved by a method for producing a compound represented by formula (1), wherein R1 and R2 are identical or different, and each represents an alkyl group or the like; and R3 is an alkyl group or the like, the method comprising step A of reacting a compound represented by formula (2) with R3—OH (3) and carbon monoxide in the presence of palladium, a double bond-containing compound (α), a diphosphine compound (β), and a base, to obtain the compound represented by formula (1) above.

The process includes oxidatively carbonylating a compound having a carbon-hydrogen bond with dialkyl peroxide, carbon monoxide and water. Concurrently, the iso-paraffin is converted to iso-alcohol.     摘要: Esters or carboxylic acids are prepared from olefins containing at least two carbon atoms by reacting the olefin with carbon monoxide in the presence of:(i) a first complex of a selected Lewis acid with the ester or carboxylic acid, whichever is the reaction product recovered;(ii) a second complex of the Lewis acid with an alcohol, if an ester is being prepared, or with water, if a carboxylic acid is being prepared; and(iii) a metal carbonyl compound containing a Group IB transition metal in the first oxidation state; andby recovering the reaction product(s).The preferred olefin is propylene, the preferred ester to be prepared is methylisobutyrate, the preferred metal is copper and the preferred Lewis acid is boron trifluoride.

C., at a pressure of at least 500 psi (3.45 MPa), toluene, carbon monoxide, oxygen and the catalyst ingredients consisting essentially of(a) a compound of rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, platinum, palladium or osmium;(b) a sulfur oxy-acid or a Group Ia or IIa metal salt of a sulfur oxy-acid; and(c) an acid or acid mixture having a Hammett acidity value (-H.sub.o) of greater than 7.0,said catalyst ingredients containing 0.5-30 mol % of (a) and 70-99.5 mol % of (b+c), with the molar ratios of (b/a) and (c/a) each being at least 2, and recovering toluic acid.

    摘要: A process for preparing carboxylic acids by reaction of carbon monoxide with aromatic and aliphatic organic halides, optionally further substituted by groups inert under the reaction conditions, and catalyzed by phosphinic palladium complexes and in the presence of quaternary alkyl-ammonium salts, characterized in that said process is conducted in a double liquid phase consisting essentially of (a) the organic halide and the catalytic palladium complex or their solutions in at least one hydrocarbon solvent immiscible with H.sub.2 O, and (b) an aqueous inorganic alkaline solution containing the quaternary alkyl-ammonium salt, at a temperature between about 50.degree. and 150.degree. C. More particularly, the reaction is conducted in the presence of at least one catalyst selected from among:A. at least one palladium complex of the formula:Pd[P(R).sub.3 ].sub.mwherein m is a whole number from 2 to 4, and (R).sub.3 represents a homogeneous or a heterogeneous group consisting of phenyl and/or alkyl radicals which may also be further substituted by inert groups;B. at least one palladium complex of the general formula:Pd[P(R).sub.2 -- (CH.sub.2).sub.n -- P(R).sub.2 ].sub.pwherein (R).sub.2 has the same meaning indicated above for (R).sub.3, p is a whole number from 1 to 2, and n is a whole number from 1 to 6; orC. at least one palladium complex of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein the groups (R).sub.3, equal to or different from each other, have the same meaning as indicated above, and Y is a halogen atom and/or an aryl radical.
