Abstract:
A rotary lamination apparatus has a rotary lamination turntable rotational about a vertical axis. A plurality of workpieces are rotated and laminated on the turntable. The turntable includes a support member that is arranged on an upper surface of the turntable, a plurality of rolling bodies mounted on the upper surface of the turntable, and a plurality of urging members for urging the rolling bodies upward. The support member is formed of material having a high friction coefficient. The rolling bodies are selectively movable between an upper position and a lower position. In the upper position, at least a portion of each of the rolling bodies is located above the upper surface of the support member. In the lower position, each rolling body is located below the upper surface of the support member. In the upper position, the rolling bodies support the workpieces movably in a lateral direction.
Abstract:
A roller assembly (10) is provided having a roller (12) to which two shafts (14, 16) are fixedly secured by means of modular hub assemblies (18). The hub assemblies (18) each have a roller flange (20) which is fixedly secured to the roller (12), usually by welding. A shaft flange (26) is provided for fixedly securing directly to a respective one of the shafts (14, 16), preferably with a pressed fit. The shafts (14, 16) have tapered end sections (64) which fit in direct contact with tapered holes (32) formed into the roller flanges (20). The roller flanges (20 are further recessed to each provide a recessed surface (36) which fits flush against an inward facing surface (48) of the shaft flange (26) to provide a friction engagement there-between. The shaft flange (26) is preferably threadingly secured to the roller flange (20).
Abstract:
This invention relates to a goods feeding system for receiving and presenting goods and for receiving goods feeding attachments for automatic forwarding of goods in a goods feeding direction W with a support surface for receiving and holding goods feeding attachments, whereby the goods feeding system has a support surface length (L) along the goods feeding direction (W), and the support surface can be pulled out at least partially along the support surface length (L) in the goods feeding direction (W).
Abstract:
A conveyor system includes a conveying surface for conveying articles as defined by a plurality of rollers and a frame. Each of the rollers has an axle. The frame is made up of at least two frame members that are spaced apart a distance that corresponds with a length of at least one of the plurality of rollers. A plurality of axle retainers is connected with at least one of the frame members. Each of the axle retainers has a base and a plurality of axle retaining openings that are each adapted to receiving an axle at an end of one of the rollers. At least two of the openings are fixedly at different angles to the base. In this manner, the axle retainers are capable of mounting the rollers at more than one angle with respect to the at least one of the frame members as determined by which of the axle-retaining openings receives the axle. Each roller-mounting angle corresponds to a different orientation of the base with respect to the at least one of the frame members.
Abstract:
An equipment attachment adapter apparatus may comprise a base frame and a throat structure on the base frame that defines a throat extending through the apparatus with an entry and exit. The throat structure may comprise a floor wall having an upper surface defining a lower boundary of the throat, a first side wall and a second side wall positioned on opposite sides of the throat, and an upper wall positioned above the floor wall. In some embodiments, the upper surface of the floor wall is curved from the entry toward the exit. In some embodiments, the throat is relatively larger toward the entry and relatively smaller toward the exit. In some embodiments, a feed roll is rotatably mounted on the base frame at least partially in the throat with chevron-shaped teeth.
Abstract:
A treadmill roller structure comprises a motor, a gear set and a case. The motor is an out-runner motor. The power output section of the motor rotates about stationary spindle. The rotary power output section is engaged to the gear set, while the gear set is in turn engaged to the case, thus allowing the case to rotate relatively to the spindle of the motor as well. The roller structure does not require a driving belt to transfer power from the motor to the roller, thus reduces the power loss due to frictional force during power transfer through belt driving, which enhances the performance of the motor and offers a space-saving feature. In addition, the instant disclosure also provides a treadmill.
Abstract:
A free ball bearing includes a retainer ball-pressing ring, the retainer ball-pressing ring including a substantially cylindrical pressing member inserted in an internal space between the semispherical recessed surface and the main ball toward the base end; the retainer ball-pressing ring being moved from a pressing position to a standby position along the unit center axis by the ring moving mechanism; the pressing member restricting or preventing rotation of the plurality of retainer balls by pressing the plurality of retainer balls when the retainer ball-pressing ring is at the pressing position; and the plurality of retainer balls of which the rotation is restrained or prevented by the pressing member being released when the retainer ball-pressing ring is at the standby position.
Abstract:
An L-shaped member has a forwardly extending horizontal leg and an upwardly extending vertical leg. The horizontal leg has a forward end removably couplable with respect to a hitch of a vehicle. The vertical leg has an upper end. A roller assembly includes a U-shaped support. The U-shaped support has a horizontal central portion coupled to the upper end of the vertical leg. The U-shaped support has upwardly extending vertical end legs and a shaft rotatably supported by the end legs. The roller assembly includes primary rollers rotatably supported on the shaft. A spacer is provided between the primary rollers. A bottom of an object is positionable upon the primary rollers and pushed into position upon a roof of the vehicle.
Abstract:
Provided is a transport apparatus including: a transport roller which is formed in a cylindrical shape such that a pair of facing end portions of a metal sheet is close to each other or abuts on each other, which has a joint provided with a spot welding portion, and in which a high friction layer is formed on a surface thereof to transport a recording medium; and a support portion which supports a portion deviated from the high friction layer of the transport roller so that the transport roller rotates in the circumferential direction.
