In a hypoid gear drive assembly, a pinion gear 42 and crown-wheel 36 each have spiral teeth having spiral angles of not more than 37 degrees which permit the pinion gear to drive the crown wheel effectively in either direction of rotation. Preferably the pinion has a spiral angle of between 33 and 37 degrees and the crown wheel has a spiral angle of between 18 and 37 degrees. Crown wheel 38 is attached to a flange 120 of a differential case 114 from which axle shafts 116, 118 extend. The housing is in two parts, a main portion 96 and a pinion carrying portion 98.

摘要: A planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle improves power delivery and fuel efficiency by applying six control elements to four planetary gear sets to achieve forward nine speed stages and one reverse speed stage. The planetary gear train includes: an input shaft; an output shaft; first to fourth first planetary gear sets each having three rotational element: four clutches and two brakes as the six control elements; and first to ninth shafts. In particular, the first shaft connects a first rotational element and the input shaft; the second shaft is connected with a second rotational element and selectively connected with the first shaft; the third shaft connects third and fifth rotational elements; the fourth shaft is connected with a fourth rotational element and fixed to a transmission housing; and the fourth shaft is connected with the fourth rotational element and fixed to the transmission housing.

摘要: In an oil passage structure for a power transmission device including a case provided to accommodate a power transmission device, a baffle plate attached to an inner wall of the case, and an oil pump, the oil passage structure includes a supply oil passage through which oil is pumped from the oil pump to an oil supply destination via the baffle plate. A plate oil passage, which constitutes a portion of the supply oil passage, a supply port, which allows the oil discharged from the oil pump to flow into the plate oil passage through the supply port, and a first discharge port, which allows the oil supplied to the oil supply destination to be discharged through the first discharge port, are formed in the baffle plate.

摘要: In an oil passage structure for a power transmission device including a case provided to accommodate a power transmission device, a baffle plate attached to an inner wall of the case, and an oil pump, the oil passage structure includes a supply oil passage through which oil is pumped from the oil pump to an oil supply destination via the baffle plate. The baffle plate has a structure in which two members of a plate body and a plate-shaped auxiliary member are superposed and integrated with each other. The baffle plate is provided with a plate oil passage that constitutes a portion of the supply oil passage and passes through the inside of the baffle plate. The plate oil passage is formed by a recess provided in at least one of a surface of the plate body and a surface of the auxiliary member which face to each other such that the auxiliary member is interposed on the plate body.
