    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a flexible substrate. The organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a first plastic layer. A first barrier layer is formed on the first plastic layer. A second plastic layer is formed on the first barrier layer. An organic light-emitting device layer is formed on the second plastic layer.
