    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (“LCD”) includes: a substrate on which a pixel region is defined; and a pixel electrode which is disposed in the pixel region on the substrate. The pixel electrode includes: a plurality of unit pixel electrodes which are arranged substantially in a matrix form; and a connecting electrode which connects the unit pixel electrodes to each other.
